極差！從沒住過如此差勁的酒店，酒店應該全額退款，不讓你們賠償就不錯了。晚飯早飯都沒吃，下大雨晚上8:30到的酒店，點完菜酒店停電了，然後服務員就開始了趕客模式，我們想着肯定很快搶修好了啊，過大概五六分鐘來電了，服務員就説低電壓廚房打不着火做不了，衹有涼菜，我們就説那就都上涼菜我們吃點。但是服務員又説涼菜也上不了，推薦我們去後麪什麼飯店，我們説外面下着大雨呢，不想出去，出去其他飯店可能也關了。上涼菜，結果服務員臉色非常不好的出去了，能看出非常不高興耽誤她下班了吧，但是外面大雨，我們五個客人很餓，去哪裡找吃的？你搞那麼臭臉我們也不大敢吃了，怕服務員或者廚師使壞，所以晚上大家基本都餓着肚子。晚上入住房間又停電了，然後到凌晨12點多來電去洗漱了，一放開水我震驚了，特別黑，放了15分鐘的水如視頻還是黃的，浴缸掛壁可以看到多黑。早上起來刷牙忘記水臟，刷完看還是黃水，噁心的不行，趕緊用礦泉水漱口。就這樣早飯也沒吃，真是怕早餐用臟水做的，吃了身體不好。

前一天 入住的也是該賓館 中要空調未開 夜裡熱醒好多次 後來半夜給了一台落地扇 才勉強入睡…第二天辦理入住時 跟前台反應 得到的答覆：中央空調壞了 落地扇是員工個人的 沒法使用 不接受的話 就退房 換酒店…從未見過星際酒店有如此差的服務態度！

1.1020房間空調出風口有異響，半夜吵醒了。2.夜班前台服務態度很差勁，缺乏耐心，語氣温和等職業素養。3夜班前台把發票開錯了，白班又重新開具的。

冬天天氣乾燥，免費給的2瓶農夫山泉不夠喝，燒開的自來水太鹹，想多要一瓶農夫山泉，結果要付費3元/瓶，不是差這三塊錢，就是覺得酒店太摳了
