The hotel definitely has a 1950s luxury vibe, it's a part of a large Renmin Square hotel complex that share some facilities (notably a great swimming pool in the next building). The location is great, walking distance to the city centre and like 7 min from metro. The hotel made a mistake in my booking and upgraded me to a suite as a result (which was nice but that room was not ready so I had to wait). The suite was nice, with a comfortable bed and pretty much twice everything I needed. Also two wifis - only the Renmin one worked, the hotel one recommended by reception did not work at all. The room had like 20 switches next to the bed, I picked the 'Night' one - bad surprise, it also switches off the bedside socket so I woke up to a discharged phone.

The distance between floors is very high. Tall people who don’t like depression will like it very much. Please refer to my pictures. 2. New hotel, newly renovated, the decoration is very stylish, smart sensors, the furniture is of good quality, and there is also a bathtub. I think the boss has a far-sighted vision 3. The service is good. Xiaotian Xinxin’s customer service at the front desk is very professional and has a sense of professionalism. There is a robot to deliver goods. Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

The hotel is very grand and very conscientious. During the Spring Festival tourism boom, it is the only high-end hotel in Xi'an that has not raised prices during the Spring Festival. The environment is quiet and the decoration is grand. Especially thanks to Ms. Huanhuan the day before yesterday, who specially upgraded the room type. There are a lot of things that can’t be counted just by looking at other people’s comments. Seeing is believing. When choosing a hotel, I saw a comment saying that the hotel’s breakfast was not good. I almost didn’t choose Quesheng Hotel because I had a child, but the first Early the next morning, I entered the restaurant and found that as shown in the picture, the restaurant has a rich breakfast, and we went early, there were not many people in the restaurant, but the waiters in the restaurant were still adding warm dishes. It can be said that the service is very thoughtful! ! As a government reception hotel, the hotel has impeccable service, a high grade, and a better environment. It is very cost-effective among high-end hotels in Xi'an. It is worth recommending to friends from Ctrip.

Lovely location overlooking the river. The entrance road is pretty, about 1km drive. Room was clean, nice layout, with a fantastic view of the river. Breakfast was standard. Used the sauna, steam room, both clean and comfortable environment. The pool was a little small but not a major issue. Staff were friendly and most spoke some level of English.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The welcoming experiences at 东舍 would be a draw for our next visit to 西安. 高标准的服务对于提供客户体验至关重要。我要赞扬前台孙陆的帮助以及早餐时尹改利和她的同事们友好服务。你们让我在西安的住宿成为一次美好的经历。
