Close to the airport, but not fully walkable. A taxi is probably still preferred to get to. I believe if you contact the hotel in advance to ask you can find out more about getting a shuttle - it's somewhat easier to go to the airport from the hotel than going from the airport to the hotel. This is the somewhat 'budget' version of the other Fliport hotels. Hotel rooms are clean enough, with a decent buffet breakfast. There is a pool, gym and very small kids play area. Staff are friendly; somewhat minimal English spoken (if that is a concern). More of a stopover hotel to be near the hotel than a hotel to properly stay and enjoy at.

The hotel is located in a slanted location. We spent a lot of money on taxis for sightseeing. We booked a sea view room and the view was okay. It was 28 degrees during the two days we were there. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. It woke me up from the heat at night. I couldn't sleep well at all. I was curious about how big it was. The hotel's air conditioner was reluctant to turn on. The cleaning lady said that the air conditioner was not turned on and it was just natural wind. She also brought me an electric fan, but the hotel front desk lied to us and said that the air conditioner was on. Haha... 760 The air conditioner was not turned on all night. This is the worst thing. The experience should indicate that there is no air conditioning in the hotel, so I won’t be sure.

What a wonderful stay in Xiamen. Excellent hotel with very very comfy rooms and highly enjoyable food. Lovely garden to relax with a local beer and gym for a good stretch after a long flight. Reception staff and dining room staff exceptional always willing to assist, get taxis or give flight updates.

This is the second time I choose to stay in here. It is a lovely hotel with very large property. It is very relaxing place and has own park. My room is in the main building, it was nice room. Front desk lady, 郑碧媛， she is so helpful and nice to us. The service is definitely warming and loving. So I would like to recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I have always trusted Hanting's service and room facilities, and I wanted to find a place to rest while waiting for my connecting flight at night. I saw a Hanting restaurant near the airport and came over. It's convenient to travel. There are a lot of food nearby when you come over after one o'clock. The service attitude at the front desk is very good and you can park in the yard. The room facilities are very new, and there is plenty of hot water at three or four in the morning. The air conditioner cools down very quickly, and the room has no peculiar smell. It is a very satisfying stay. You don’t have to think about where to stay next time you have a layover in Xiamen😄😄😄

Holiday Inn Express Xiamen Lingang is very close to the airport which is convenient. Otherwise the sourrrounding area is not too interesting. I was lucky to get a room with sea view which was beautiful waking up seeing fishermen returning from sea. Staff didn‘t speak English but was very helpful and trying their best to help. The breakfast was very delicious, better than in more expensive hotels I have been. The rooms are big and modern western style furniture. There was no mini bar but you can order somehow and then robots bring the purchase upstairs. Cleanliness was ok but unfortunately the shower drain was a bit clogged. Overall I enjoyed my short stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Worth for price with superb services. Especially if you are late arrival. The night shift receptionist was very patient to let you take down the details for airport picking up services and friendly too. The morning shift receptionist also helpful when asked for directions and where about to have local food. Easy access to the local street food from here within walking distance. Comfort bed to rest well. You can even chill at the lobby before departing.

This hotel must be praised! The hotel is near the subway and it takes only 10 minutes to walk. The layout of the room is reasonable. The window of the sink is facing outside. There is a clothes rail. Open the window in the morning and dry the clothes next to the window. It will be dry when you come back at night.
