All the staff were super helpful and friendly. We felt really welcomed during our stay. Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely hard, not a very comfy stay if you cannot withstand the hard mattress.

A lovely hotel, in a great area of Xiamen close to a park with lots of greenery and a lake. Free hot spring foot spa in the park too! With every breakfast you could imagine this was a very enjoyable stay.

I have been to this hotel before and it still have the same service as before.. The staff have been very helpful and courteous as well It made our visit even more pleasurable

I choose this hotel is because it near Gaoqi Airport in Xiamen, it takes around 10 min by Taxi to the hotel. The lobby service team is friendly and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is good, so many choices and the food is delicious. One more good point is the hotel had provided the self-laundry service, i can wash my cloths and dry the cloths by the dryer machine, love the service they provided.

If there must be one word to choose to describe my journey to Xiamen this time ,it's sure to be Perfect ,esp. with the strong help of the front desk supervisor, Xiao Chen, I have checked in and extended my stay at the hotel. I am very grateful for her meticulous assistance and guidance. The room 2211 is great with the grand view of the opposite island Gulangyu, fantastic! What a wonderful stay in Xiamen. Excellent hotel with very very comfy rooms and highly enjoyable food. Lovely garden to relax with a local beer and gym for a good stretch after a long flight. Reception staff and dining room staff exceptional always willing to assist, get taxis or give flight updates.

Our room was very comfortable. We had a good view of the harbor. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. They catered for all tastes and there was a wide variety of food available

The hotel seems old, i.e. not updated for years. I was moved to this hotel after the hotel I originally booked could not receive foreigners. Tegoo is one of those approved to receive foreigners. The rooms need updating and I believe they allow smoking in the room.

We booked a 3-night stay here, and one of the main reasons was the indoor pool. Unfortunately this was out of service for the duration of our stay, something which might be worth mentioning on their website/beforehand (I was only told when I asked the receptionist after checking-in). The room itself was fine and a decent size (we almost had a little bit of view from the lake) except for the fact that it was uncomfortably warm and stuffy, especially at night. Even more surprising as it was pretty cool temperature wise when we were there. We tried opening the window but there wasn’t enough breeze and the mosquitos. The AC did not work seem to work, reception was notified and we were told a repairman would look at it. There seemed to be slight improvement in the second night but by the final night it seemed to have become as hot and as stuffy as the first (not sure how they would manage in the hot summer if it is like this in winter). Hopefully this will be addressed or it was only an issue with our room. The location is very good, next to a park and by the lake, less than a ten-minute walk from Hubin Middle Road subway station (take exit 2) or a short taxi drive to most places in town. You can also borrow umbrellas from the hotel, handy as it was raining for the majority of our staying. The hotel will also ask for a 1000 rmb deposit on arrival which should be returned to you after you check-out.

Location: Gulangyu Island is all on foot. The boss has added WeChat in advance and will be very enthusiastic to say hello to the island and then share the location. According to the navigation, we can walk to the door. Sanitary: clean and no smell. The equipment and facilities are in good condition. Brand new is not an exaggeration. Sound insulation: It’s not completely soundproof, but after nine o’clock there’s almost no sound. Not all the friends who visited the island stayed overnight, so my friend who went out alone the next day boldly brought a tripod to take selfies without being embarrassed at all. The bed: It’s very comfortable at night. Remember Children from the north really don’t like the feeling of humidity. A four-piece set of clean bedding. Choose soft and comfortable service: I give it a full 🌟 because there are only five pills at most. No, it’s only worth five pills. If you insist on it, it’s really ninety-nine pills now. There are not many bosses who will give you food, toys, mines and other things you need. They are really considerate. Room facilities: Although it is small, it has all the essentials.
