I had a great experience staying at your B&B this time. The environment at the front desk is great and comfortable. The guy at the front desk provided great service. The housekeeping cleaning training may not be in place, the floor always feels unclean, and things are forgotten every day, and the same thing is never repeated😅. The picture shows a corner of a newly replaced bath towel. I personally think that bath towels and towels with obvious stains that cannot be removed should no longer be used by guests. A lovely posh hotel located on the main island slightly a little further away from the CBD. We truly love the design of the hotel especially the attentive details in the room. From the complimentary mini bar to the toiletries that smell amazing! Everything felt handpicked with care. There is also a bar at the hotel. We tried the tea infused brew and really enjoyed it! Would definitely stay again～
