We had a very good experience staying in this hotel. As I received a notice from our airline that our flight got canceled, I went to the front desk for help. A young man (I forgot his name!) helped me patiently, calling the airline to make new arrangements. Thanks so much!

The stay at Langham was excellent! We dropped many of our packages at the hotel, and they were collected properly. The location is very convenient, as it is between two malls, so you have a lot of food and recreational options.
The hotel's Swimming pool is superb! It is standard 25m long, has constant temperature control, and has sauna and steam facilities. The gym is also well-equipped.
Regarding the room, I hope that the hair dryer will be upgraded to a better brand or series.

Booked the 1 Bedroom Suite, room is big with separate bedroom and living room. The suite comes with complimentary daily afternoon tea at the 25 floor Lounge, service at the lounge were superb, with staffs able to address the guests by their names. Jamie, were very friendly and she helped me to arrange the courier service to deliver a package, thanks Jamie.
This is my 2nd stay at the Langham in the last 3 months. Both experiences were good. The Langham has been my hotel of choice whenever I visit Xiamen.

I travelled to Xiamen for work purposes. The hotel Langham is a nice one, so I've been told. I made a reservation and stayed for two nights. The environment is clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff is incredibly kind, and I purchased the hotel's official Paddington bear, my fave.

My recent stay at Langham was delightful. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. When we needed a late checkout at 2:30pm, Una promptly assisted us and arranged it without any hassle. Overall, a highly recommended experience for those seeking comfort and excellent service.

Very nice hotel to stay, good value of money. Close to the big shopping centre and a walking street with all kind of great food.
Gym is quite big and the swimming pool is a plus.
