Xiamen Air Maple Hotel (Xiamen SM City Plaza)

The hotel is always very considerate. Is the room still spicy? Clean, all towels and bath towels are brand new, I like the bedding 👍! A bathtub was added to the shower room, very satisfied! You can buy food and drinks downstairs, as well as children's play equipment. It is also very close to SM Plaza. Behind the hotel is the famous Xianyue Mountain, where the famous local Tutu Temple is located.

This hotel is full of surprises. The laundry room is very convenient and there is laundry detergent and softener. When I checked out, I bought some specialties because I was worried that they would be damaged when I took them back. I met a tall, thin and beautiful hotel staff member at the front desk who gave me an insulated bag. He thoughtfully provided me with an ice pack, jio is so grateful~

I drove my kids to Xiamen on the weekend. When I checked in, I learned from the front desk that the hotel has a suite with tatami mats. The enthusiastic front desk lady showed us the room. Not only did it have tatami mats, but it also had floor-to-ceiling windows that I liked. I decided to check in! The room was spacious and bright, clean and comfortable, and well-equipped. To my surprise, I received fruit from the hotel when I came back from dinner in the afternoon. It was so thoughtful~ The children couldn't bear to leave after looking at the hotel's robot. . . There is an expressway (Xianyue Road) in front of the hotel, and it is very convenient to get in and out. The hotel has ample parking spaces. During our two-day stay, we parked in the back parking lot (there is also an underground parking lot, because we choose the road with children) , we met a very enthusiastic security guard who helped us move our luggage (but I forgot his name, sorry) There is a shopping mall at the back with a lot of food. There is also a Western restaurant in the hotel lobby. I bought a burger when I came back. It was delicious. I will definitely stay here next time I have the chance to come to Xiamen.

I took my children to Xiamen during the winter vacation and stayed at this hotel for the first time. I found the price to be affordable and the location to be just a 10-minute walk from the Science and Technology Museum. Going out from the back door of the hotel, there is a large shopping mall opposite, which has free entertainment facilities and supermarkets with everything you need. The underground parking lot is also very convenient, and the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. It is recommended that everyone stay in this hotel when visiting Xiamen

From expectations to actual experience, it’s pretty good. The facilities are indeed a bit old-fashioned. The old hotel should be renamed. The location is very close to SM Plaza, and it is convenient to eat nearby. Several requests to leave things at the front desk for express delivery were accepted patiently by the service staff. Late check-out before leaving was also a success. The important thing is that the prices during holidays are fair.
