這是第二次入住這家酒店了，第一次入住體驗感還行，所以昨晚再次選擇了這家酒店，沒想到實在是太糟糕了！一開始安排的房間是在5樓，進去發現衞生間的垃圾桶還有上個客人的紙巾沒有清理，衞生情況堪憂，就換了個3樓的房間，但是沒有想到這是崩潰的開始！半夜兩三點，房間取電接觸不良，一直響來響去，燈一直閃來閃去，根本就無法入睡，半夜打電話到前台，等了十來分鐘才來處理，半夜兩三點前台和老闆就在房間維修，最後用膠帶粘住才暫時不響，早上八九點多又開始響，響到十點多，根本就沒睡幾個小時，實在是太糟糕了！滿房無法換房，房間問題也沒得到有效處理，酒店提出的補償就是退50塊。
後面因為早上需要挪車，昨晚就車鑰匙給他們前台了，早上就幫我挪下車，結果大早上給我打電話説車掛不上檔，結果下去看，就很剛好他們剛要挪個車，檔把下面的連接線，連接處橡膠老化脱落，之前開就沒什麼事，剛好他們掛個檔就出問題了，雖然我知道這可能是老車的原因，這中間也經歷了七七八八的事情，自己叫來維修工看完情況問題也不大，後面也沒跟老闆追究，自己去修理了，最後老闆就退還了全部房費，其他的補償什麼的都沒有采取措施，有點失望。本來就是不到兩百塊錢的房間，實在是太敷衍了事了！以後不會再去了！大家避雷！

一兩年沒來住了，以前很新，現在設施有點陳舊了，我沒注意修補維護，這次感覺比以前糟糕很多。
