In addition, Ctrip provided a room type upgrade service when booking a room. The hotel also confirmed it on the platform, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk refused the room type upgrade on the grounds that I could not see the content of Ctrip’s upgraded room type on the computer. If the hotel does not have this service, it is best to take the initiative to communicate with Ctrip and remove the upgrade option. To be honest, this approach has a poor customer experience.

酒店提供自助早餐品種很豐富，水果、時蔬新鮮，飲品也很多種，讓人驚喜的是現做當地美食麪線糊，口味獨特，湯汁濃郁。 酒店周邊環境雅靜，對面就是海灘，晚上適合慢跑及途步運動。酒店離嵩鼓碼頭步行也就10分鐘內，坐船去鼓浪嶼很方便。

無意間在搜到這個酒店，給我的感覺太驚艷了～ 酒店位置在外國語學校後面，晚上睡覺真的超級安靜。配備有自助餐廳，一樓跟三樓還有私密包廂，菜品性價比很高，三個人人均不到100元，海鮮非常新鮮，聽老闆説這邊距離嵩嶼碼頭很近，對面就是鼓浪嶼。 另外三樓還有個户外大平台可以帶孩子溜達溜達，感覺非常放鬆。這是我在廈門目前為止找到的最有性價比的酒店，下次還會帶朋友過來住。
