The hotel environment is average. Belongs to manager practicality. There is a laundry room, which is a bit more convenient. But hygiene is really hard to say, we stayed for a few days. Take the initiative to remind the front desk to clean up the room every day. When I came back, I saw that only the towels we used were replaced, and the disposable slippers were not replaced actively, and the trash bins did not arrive. This is not a day-to-day phenomenon, but a daily routine. This is still a bit old-fashioned. The only satisfaction may be that the front desk brother is not bad 😄

1.先是在網絡上問了電梯能不能用説可以，結果到店以後還是在維修，衹能爬樓梯，如果直接説電梯翻新我不會選擇預訂這一家
2.房間衞生堪憂，窗台靠近床，但是窗台上積灰嚴重，明顯長時間未進行擦拭
3.凌晨房間外吵鬧聲影響睡眠，並且服務員沒有進行管控，導致睡眠質量受到嚴重影響
4.酒店空調外機噪音過大，跟下雨一樣，第一次感受到這麼差的設備，並且房間窗户不能鎖上了安全隱患非常大
5.酒店的可信任度低，在入住之前已與酒店服務人員確認過想要的房間是否有空房，在得到肯定回覆後，前往酒店，到達後被告知房間已有人入住，那麼提前發訊息預留的意義何在
6.在早上已告知前台需要浴巾，但是一整天前台都未將浴巾拿上來
7.服務人員的素質及培訓不到位，因腰傷無法提重物，酒店的電梯不能用，聯繫保安上來幫忙提取行李，保安先是説衹幫忙提行李箱，別的讓自己提，在我們説兩個都需要後非常不情願的提了下去，並且在過程中議論顧客，説我們年輕腰還不好，請問我作為顧客你在公眾場合這樣是一個酒店應該有的服務嗎？
8這次的入住非常差，無論是房間設施設備到員工的素質都是非常差的，希望大家避雷

酒店的地理位置非常好，離火車站很近，趕高鐵的朋友可以考慮一下，酒店也有洗衣機，烘乾機，這點很方便，工作人員都很熱情哦

地理位置很好，房間也很乾凈哦，去哪裡都很方便，酒店有洗衣機烘乾機對於旅遊來説，真的是太方便了，下次還會選擇這家八克拉酒店前台小姐姐很客氣哦，走的時候給了我們兩瓶水非常不錯
