酒店位置離沙坡尾和廈大都很近，自駕去找停車場找了好久，和客服聯繫後才得知世貿的停車場不能停，要去旁邊小區的業主停車場，而且世貿停車場出口出來要繞一公里路上橋才能掉頭，很不方便。好不容易到了業主停車場又不讓進，酒店和管家的溝通有待提高。客服發了密碼進門才知道是一個大平層，客廳是合用的，裏面四個卧室。房間挺大的，但是衞生很差，水池裡還有頭髮，將近700的房費，硬件軟件都不行。

樓層高房間視野好，最喜歡這個躺椅，躺着看海景實在太爽了，阿姨熱情，衞生也很乾凈，床品舒服，非常適合親子和情侶，樓下就是景區和商場，沒有出行煩惱，超級便捷，下次再來！

難得寫點評，隨便説兩句。我是做好了心理準備過來的，畢竟價格比康萊德便宜多了，整體來説勉強及格。
優點：位置足夠中心，景觀非常優秀，周邊景點都可以走路去，沙坡尾小吃yyds！
缺點：上樓要在樓下錄入面部識別，排隊長到令人髮指！（如圖）排了20-30分鐘才錄入好人臉，帶着長者小孩的傷不起！建議店家提前給入住人提示預留排隊時間！不然着急上去根本上不去！既然是民宿就不跟酒店比服務了，但房間沒有介紹和圖片中那麼大，最多三十平方，是一套房子隔了四間房間出來，共用一個客廳，可能四個朋友家一起包着過年比較適合，三點多到了還沒收拾好。
避雷點：過年過節建議不要來這，真的雙子塔附近能堵死，人巨多打車打不到，這裏沒地鐵真的一塌糊塗衹能步行。

遠超預期，乾淨安靜，窗外可以看到廈大。床上用品睡的舒服。客廳很大，可以看到窗外的風景，樓上還有咖啡館風景更棒！最感謝的是，走的時候匆忙，把包包落在了客廳，服務員還特意幫忙送過來，表達感謝的紅包沒有接受！總之，非常棒的體驗，會推薦朋友家人來此入住！

環境不錯，樓層高視野好，有個大客廳可以使用，衞生也乾淨，很安靜住的舒服，驚喜的一家公寓，去廈大沙坡尾走路就到了

62層，視線相當不錯，可以直接看到大海，沙灘，廈門大學等，不管去哪個景點都很近，走路就可以走到沙尾坡，非常方便，適合拍照。房間裝潢挺新的，也很乾凈。配的東西也很齊全。
