很不錯，安靜，乾淨，安全，設施比較新也比較合理，有自費洗衣和烘乾。缺點是房間小，人少的時候早餐沒啥吃的。離海邊很近，適合度假，趕海，在海邊發呆，距離廈門大學和市內商場比較遠。這個價位的酒店沒有十全十美的，就看你更想要哪個了。

老闆娘服務態度很好，但發生了一些不愉快的事情，我的藍牙耳機落在了賓館，也沒找到。説給我個消息，也沒聯繫我。自認倒黴唄
説點實在的，位置在環島路兩個公交站臺中間，搭公交不太方便，而且要爬一個很高的坡，帶着小孩去除非搭出租車，不然很累人。
酒店環境挺一般的，家庭房房間很小，沒有想象的大，就兩張床加個衣櫃，過道很窄，早餐也挺普通的。
反正下次去的話不會定這，不推薦。

酒店位於一國兩制沙灘對面，位置很好找，靠近沙灘；馬路對面就有公交車站，出行還算方便，周邊吃飯的地方較少，最好還是叫車或者騎車出行。酒店環境還是不錯的，在整個山海墅最後一幢，入住的房間不大，一張大床、一張小床，一個衞生間，比較簡單的商務房，有窗，窗外風景就不要想了，對面是還沒有裝修好的另一棟房子。早飯比較簡單（白粥、醬菜、雞蛋、玉米、紅薯等），有洗衣房（需要付費）、頂樓有曬台和露天休息區，海邊曬衣服總感覺潮潮的。總的感覺還是滿意的。

房間很棒，定的家庭房，兩張床，佈置的是小豬佩奇的風格，兒子很喜歡。還有廚房客廳，前台服務很贊，前台服務員喝個都很熱情，又是送水又是拿零食，還可以租用趕海工具，塑料鏟子和桶，酒店就在一國兩制旁邊，地理位置優越，對面就是大海，很方便，適合帶娃來玩，海邊玩一圈回來沖個澡，不要太舒服。
酒店的私廚味道也很好，還能直接給送到房間來用餐，還免費送了甜品，當地特色菜薑母鴨好吃還很實惠，海鮮也很新鮮，價格也不貴，吃完還幫忙把垃圾帶走，簡直是賓至如歸。住了兩天三頓中飯都是在房間點的餐。第二天晚上點評上搜了一家當地餐館，去了看到前台小弟也在那，原來這家餐館居然也是同一個老闆開的，真是太有緣了！
最後一天還給延長了退房時間，讓我們在走之前還趕了個海，走的時候還送了廈門特色小吃伴手禮，這趟真是不虛此行！下次來廈門可以考慮來這裏住別墅，換個不同的體驗，也已經把這裏推薦給朋友啦！

來廈門出遊最具性價比的酒店，#山海苑 和名字一樣背部環山，出門是海。沉浸式體驗海景別墅，交通很便利，前台貼心的提前準備免費地下車位。
酒店房間是時尚風，0壓床躺下去很舒適，卸下疲憊不想再起來，來的時候經理親自把行李送到房間。在酒店的私廚點餐後還給我送到了天台，8樓全自動洗衣機免費開放。這服務堪比五星級！很難讓我不誇讚，像是到老友家做客一番。
酒店價格很實惠，而且內部設施可玩性比較好，不出門的時候我在天台吃的飯，能一眼望到海邊，天台挺寬闊有小魚塘，朋友多的話一起喝酒燒肉很快樂。樓下有秋千，長椅，花園長廊，還有個大的魚塘。我看到給小朋友提供免費的小玩具 可能是怕海邊買比較貴吧，這個細節真的是老闆有心了
酒店還有送免費的伴手禮，特產小吃吃掉了哈，沒有照片。來的那天經理又是沏茶又是送水，搞得我像VIP貴賓一樣都不好意思了哈哈哈。本人平時喜歡拍照，來這服務這麼熱情，必須拍幾個照片讓大家看到這家酒店，個人覺得出差，商旅，情侶入住都很適合。下次再來廈門我會帶小夥伴提前訂你家海景房！！

一家三口過來旅遊，定的寶藏房，老闆免費給升級了一間親子房，房間很温馨。按店家發的定位過來很快就找到這家酒店，酒店外面種了很多綠植，還有個庭院，給人一種古色古香的感覺。前台服務態度很好，離店還送了一份伴手禮。
