Overall very satisfied with this hotel. The location is fantastic, in the center, super close to the Bell Tower but not near the busy and noisy street. Every staff was so kind and helpful and you feel welcomed! (but you need to use a Chinese translator app for better communication) The room condition was good too but sometimes the noise from the ceiling was a little bothering at night. Luckily I didn’t feel too bad though. The free afternoon is in the lobby for everyone. I expected something nicer but it turned out some cut fruits and snacks with paper up tea. It was still a nice treat! Also I loved their gym. It was small and didn’t have equipments except a set of dumbbells and two treadmills. However they prepared free water, towels, and the super clean space to comfortably work out.

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. Awesome. We arrived early after a long train ride and the hotel administration allowed us to quickly use a room that was available to get showered and cleaned up. After our bags were delivered to our room as we started to explore the city. Such immense joy in finding wonderful service. The city of Xian was wonderful. From the Muslim bazaar to the pagodas to the towers to the terracotta warriors. We only stayed two full days, but wish we had another to explore Daming Palace and more of the food at the Muslim bazaar.

Lovely location overlooking the river. The entrance road is pretty, about 1km drive. Room was clean, nice layout, with a fantastic view of the river. Breakfast was standard. Used the sauna, steam room, both clean and comfortable environment. The pool was a little small but not a major issue. Staff were friendly and most spoke some level of English.

Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

We were having trouble to book the tickets for shanxi museum during the check in and the front desk service staff, 小雅 was very helpful and assisted us in the booking and got us the tickets. Not a word of English was once spoken here, despite claiming to be an International Hotel, with a Western restaurant. We were greeted by a sign saying that the swimming pool was closed, which was a major disappointment as I had only booked this hotel to use the pool. I'm the room the tiles around the bath were all broken, and some on the floor too. It looks impressive when you first walk in, but then you notice issues. The ”coffee” is undrinkable to a westerner who doesn't take sugar. A huge selection of Chinese food for breakfast, but considering this is called a Western restaurant the cooked breakfast was appalling. The cook should ask someone how to fry eggs as they were awful. One day we had sausages that were fine, but the spicy ones are nothing like western sausages and not nice. I'm used to awful bacon in most countries, so this left me with beans on toast. The second day there were no beans, so just toast. The third day beans were empty, so I asked for some. After 10 minutes they came out stone cold. Very poor.

I have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

This hotel was great, and I would stay here again without a doubt. It is super close to the metro station, seriously like next to it. It's tucked back away from the busy street, so it was quiet and I slept well. About that, it took me a bit of time to find the location. Keep an eye out for a little alley/street and there is a sign with the hotel's name on the wall. I wasn't looking up and didn't see the sign the first few times walking by. There was a man set up on the corner selling drinks from a cart the rest of the trip, so perhaps you'll see him and know it's time to turn. The staff members were really nice, helpful, and a few could speak English to make my check-in and questions go quickly. The room itself matched the pictures and was adequate for only me for a few days. In my opinion, it would be a bit small for two people to share. Overall, I was very pleased with the value and hospitality at this hotel, and recommend it.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

I think this hotel is the most convenient choice of all hotels in Xi'An. It's right in front of the Bell Towers, and walking distance to so many tourist spots, even situated right in front of metro exit. It's easy to call a cab here. The breakfast didn't have much choice, but if you're in a mood for other types of food, you can just go outside and find so many nearby restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much despite the hotel is old and that the window doesn't have view of the bell tower.

This shop is highly recommended! I took the airport bus and got off at the Bell Tower. I came out to find a hotel to stay in for a few days. I came in at the first hotel next to the parking lot and walked to the south gate. Thinking it was very convenient. As soon as I entered the lobby A handsome little brother received me. He poured me water and drinks warmly. He helped me choose the room. The room was very clean after I went upstairs. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The outside was very hot. The room was very clean. The air conditioner is very cool. Lying on the bed is very comfortable to rest for a while. In the afternoon in the Muslim Street next to the Bell Tower. Drum Tower to play. There are many local specialties. It is a paradise for food. Especially the meat in the Muslim Street. Jiamo is so delicious. In the evening, take the subway in front of the hotel and go to Datang Everbright City to watch a free performance. The night view is very beautiful. There is also the musical fountain of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. Breakfast is also delicious. Also There are hand-made pancakes. Pumpkin cakes. Local snacks Liangpi. This time in Xi’an is a very good experience. People in Xi’an are also very enthusiastic. Will recommend friends to come here to play in the future. Stay at this hotel!

The guides don’t speak English (even if they say they do) and they can charge you some extra fees for the bus usage. The hotel was clean, very nice and the location is quite good, the price was very cheap for this.

I don't know how the praise rate is so high, I really can't. Except for the convenience of going to Muslim Street and the subway station, there is no advantage. I haven't cleaned it once after staying for three days. Even the garbage in the trash can has been confiscated. There is no paper, no hangers, no mineral water, and the bathroom is deodorant. Disposable toiletries are not added. The window is facing the garbage dump, and I dare not open the window at all.

I explained it in detail and wrote it down. Very enthusiastic. The environment of the hotel is very good. The rooms are smart and small. Location is great nearby huimin market/bell tower/drum tower/great mosque and nearby zhounglou st. Suggest to take exit 8 from the zhonglou st walk to the hotel. I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

a very unusal hotel, where the guest rooms open to a series of beautifully landscaped courtyards. Its in the middle of a major tourist and local attraction, so there is always something interesting going on immediately outside. Very peaceful. The staff are very attentive, and the amenities are wonderful. I found a great small restaurant just outside, and the breakfast bar was always ample and delicious. I will be back to Xian regularly, and this is where I will stay. Simply no comparison to other more modern hotels.

The experience was fantastic with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with reasonable amenities, adequate and clean shower and toilet. Lots of hanfu photo-taking happening around the garden in the evening. About 10 - 15min walk from the nearest metro, and a few bus stops (1 - 5min walk) around. Walking distance to attraction venues, restaurants, and a mall. Staff will try to answer any questions about the area and travel tips, and even helped me book a Chinese tuina (massage) nearby at a discounted rate. I went for a hanfu photoshoot and soft copies were sent to me using China's Baidu cloud but I could not download it (Baidu account not available for foreign numbers). The staff went out of their way to download them and sent to my email. However, it's important to know how to speak Chinese (or Google translate) as they are primarily Chinese speaking staff that have little English knowledge.
