A very happy stay! The front desk staff are very welcoming! Guest Relations Lisa warmly received us, and Manager Yang from the front office also arranged a room for me. We waited for a while and quickly got the room card😄When we returned to the room, we didn't expect a surprise! What a great experience! Because of my deep love for Chang'an City in the Han and Tang Dynasties, and because of the blessing of two subways, I chose the hotel closest to these two attractions before I came. But what impressed me the most was the design of this hotel: the carriage in the lobby on the first floor, the mirrored pavilion at the corner, the relief sculpture of eight rivers surrounding Chang'an, are you coming in the elevator hall on the 38th floor, the statue of the maid in the lobby bar, etc. I was impressed. Because it is a newly opened hotel in 2023, the facilities are first-class. I originally thought that the room must have a decoration smell, but it didn't. And the room has an air purifier. During this stay, I experienced their gym, especially the panoramic treadmill, which was great to be connected to my mobile phone. If you have a chance next time, try the sky swimming pool, it’s boundless. Because it is the Christmas and New Year period, the Christmas decorations are very high. The hotel's breakfast and registration lobby are both on the 38th floor. It feels very good. The meals facing the sun in the morning are also very rich. The whole thing is clean and tidy.
