Location: Located on the main pedestrian shopping street in the middle of Xi’an, you’re 300m away from Zhonglou Metro Station on Line 2. If you’re arriving by high speed rail, this gives you a direct transfer from Xi’an North Railway Station.
Service: Staff were friendly and proactive. On our second day the elevator was out of order, but fixed within a few hours. And when we requested a room with an enclosed shower, we were upgraded to a larger room free of charge.
Cleanliness: No issues to report.
Amenities: Everything you’d expect for the price.

The hotel's hardware facilities are too average. They are old and there is no restaurant. The front desk has to use the public elevator to go up to the third floor, and the guest rooms are on the fourth floor. The worst thing is that there are several stairs before entering the elevator, which is very unfriendly to passengers with large suitcases.
The hotel staff were very polite and provided good service. They even upgraded the family room I booked.
