The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us recommendations for local food and places to visit. The hotel and rooms were all kept to a very good standard of cleanliness. Didn't get chance to use the facilities as we ventured out most days and ate at local restaurants. I would recommend this hotel for its location as well for places you can visit.

Clean, friendly staff and I guess budget friendly but it’s worth the penny. Location is alright can commute using the E-bikes and most locations are close by. Unfortunately they couldn’t let us eat breakfast on the floor due to the restrictions, so can’t really comment on what I got would love to enjoy a bigger spread. All in all it’s good.

This hotel is in the centre of Xi'an and the staff is very helpful. What really impressed us was the aesthetics of the hotel, it has a great vibe. The only problem was that the internet was not that fast. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I told you that I wanted to upgrade my room at the beginning of my stay. That’s good, right? As a result, you have to go through the rooftop to get to the room on a cold day, and you have to go up a flight of stairs; the room you were finally given was like this: the tatami was so dirty that you couldn’t see it, the curtains were broken, and the switch in the corner of the stage was dirty. The walls were black and sticky, and the toilet and floor tiles were all dilapidated and dirty! The petty bourgeoisie atmosphere of Zuoke used to be good, but now I can’t bear to look directly at it!

The hotel environment is very good. It is very close to Sajin Bridge. The bathrooms are separated from wet and dry. There are souvenirs for leaving and fruits for check-in. This store is almost in the center of Xi'an. Mineral water and drinks are also provided for free. I will say hello to anyone I meet on the way to eat. It’s great to give the front desk ladies Nana and Xiaoqiang a thumbs up! Will come next time
