I’m very happy that I chose right this hotel for my trip to Xian, as the service here was on the greatest level, I liked the supportive and always smiley front desk clerks who did a smooth check in, helped us with our suitcases and during the whole stay were pretty helpful, and also huge thanks to the housekeeping staff, who provided us with the needed amenities and ensured clean and tidy environment for us.
Thanks to all the hotel employees for our niiiiice stay 🤗😉

昨天住的酒店，我好奇為什麼那麼室內温度，樓道温度那麼冷。因為經常住那個酒店，好奇前幾天為什麼沒營業，猜是疫情生意不好暫時關了，今天搜開着呢，就定了房間。沒有多想。入住後房間温度特別低，問前台咋回事温度那麼冷。前段時間作為隔離酒店了！！！我是因為疫情嚴重，特意跑酒店避免感染家裡人，結果跑到毒窩了，酒店方説是消殺過了，硬着頭皮住了，凍了一晚上。結果早上拉開窗簾發現。窗簾下面一盒空的阿莫西林，這是作為隔離酒店衞生消殺做的徹底嗎？那麼明顯都看不到？
退房出來發現，打掃衞生阿姨都是穿着防護服在收拾房間。哎 拜託 店家，作為老顧客。傷心的很！！！！！
我可是核酸陰性入住的！！！！！！！
