This time I rushed to Xi'an from Chengdu and checked in at 11:30 midnight. 按酒店的水費，設施按四星級標準，但不掛星級牌。設施四星沒錯，房間面積夠大，設施上略有陳舊（例如圖中的門框破損）。但服務的軟水平差很多。
入住時，前台有四個工作人員三個櫃枱，有一位顧客在辦入住，四個人都在低頭操作，沒有人注意到有新客人到達，也沒有明確的在哪兒辦理或者排隊的指示。在櫃枱外看不到大堂經理。後來是辦理入住的客人告訴我不必排在他後面，旁邊還有櫃枱可辦理，我走過去，裏面的工作人員才注意到我這個新客人。
入住訂的行政樓層，直接給了一間正對電梯廳的房間。電話要求換房間，前台的答覆是，需要客人到一層交回原房卡，換新房卡。後來我提出應該派人上來，前台才想起來可以用送貨機器人送房卡。
房間裏電視有兩個遙控器，按屏幕提示，衹能進入互聯網tv點播的頁面，沒有電視直播頻道，按另一個遙控器沒有反應。再打電話叫服務員，服務員上門解釋另一個遙控器要對着電視側面操作，才能進入直播頻道。
房間裏中央空調沒有冷風，酒店解釋現在沒開，但房間很熱，一晚上都是29度30度，開窗降温效果不好，並且臨街有噪聲。導致一晚上沒法蓋被，睡眠質量不好。這也許是行政房樓層高陽光好導致温度高，但舒適效果差。
早餐品種少 ，距離四星還有很大差距。
建議酒店，1）加強大堂引導，前台人員注意觀察客人到達離開，2）電視遙控器多個放置使用説明，或者修改默認歡迎頁面顯示，避免誤導。
3）提供房間温度解決方案。
這家酒店明顯承擔很多會議，大家不得不住。

帶娃出行，酒店房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，店內工作人員都很有禮貌見到客人會主動問好，雙床間1.35的單人床好評，交通還算便利，地鐵站步行10分鐘路程，開發區周邊環境也比較清凈，適合不喜歡住在繁華區的人羣
