Although we had originally booked at the Xi’an Renmin Dasha, Building 3 - the front desk kindly upgraded us to the Grand Mercure Renmin Square (Building 2). We were happy with our rooms and the facilities the hotel provided. My children were especially pleased that they could use the nearby Sofitel swimming pool. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were particularly polite and attentive, and we enjoyed the coffee, croissants, baguette, fruit, yoghurt and omelettes on offer. The restaurant had a good selection of continental and Chinese breakfast fare, plus British-style bacon and eggs! All the Accor hotels around Renmin Square are very centrally located and situated in beautiful historic buildings. It was easy to access the Xi’an Metro and travel around the city.

1、房間設施陳舊，桌子、櫃子、床；電視機老的出奇，30多寸，可以觀看的頻道不多，而且不清晰。感覺回到了十幾年前住店時的情景。2、服務態度很一般，不主動，也不熱情，不問不會多説一句，辦理入住的沒有提醒車輛要提前錄入訊息，才能免費停車，出去的時候要收費才知道，不得不又折回來錄入訊息。3、大堂的老爺子牛氣哄哄，借幾把雨傘，又是安頓要還回來、又是嘟囔着沒有那麼多雨傘，好像要欠他似的。4、還不能理解的是到現在還要複印身份證、繳按金。 總之這次住店很差，令人很失望😞

入住感覺很好。
房間乾淨整潔，更重要的是地處於大院內，環境優美，非常安靜，非常適合怕噪音的人入住。
酒店有游泳池，水質良好，深淺區都有，房客免費。
前台、禮賓和保潔人員很有禮貌，服務熱情周到。

本來定的3號樓，因為五一交通緊張，不好訂票，半夜接近12點到達酒店，意外得知被免費升級到2號樓，是個驚喜！定的倆房間都不錯，雖然沒有新五星級酒店的現代，但這個酒店很安靜，房間整潔。院子裏的小樹林很私密雅緻，連着兩天有婚禮在此處舉行。酒店前台和服務員都很周到細緻。酒店位置距離小吃街，鐘鼓樓，博物館都不太遠。攜程定的去兵馬俑的門票和交通，發車點就在酒店旁邊的地鐵站那裡，非常方便。
