Although we had originally booked at the Xi’an Renmin Dasha, Building 3 - the front desk kindly upgraded us to the Grand Mercure Renmin Square (Building 2). We were happy with our rooms and the facilities the hotel provided. My children were especially pleased that they could use the nearby Sofitel swimming pool. The breakfast staff in the restaurant were particularly polite and attentive, and we enjoyed the coffee, croissants, baguette, fruit, yoghurt and omelettes on offer. The restaurant had a good selection of continental and Chinese breakfast fare, plus British-style bacon and eggs! All the Accor hotels around Renmin Square are very centrally located and situated in beautiful historic buildings. It was easy to access the Xi’an Metro and travel around the city.

接待很熱情，帶娃，多送了拖鞋等，旁邊就是省政府，絕對的安全，元旦看了省政府的升旗儀式，2024年儀式感拉滿，去鐘樓，大唐不夜城，城牆，陝西省博物館，坐公交方便達，孩子話，愛國主義教育（革命公園、八路軍辦事處紀念館等）好多都走路可達，打車也行10塊左右，因為是中心地帶，公交特別便利。
早餐的話，大點的小童要買半價餐券，小小童免費。早餐簡單，豐富，酒店贈送雙早，還是可以的。
下次來還是推薦住！

酒店外觀還不錯，但房間裏設施舊，燈光昏暗，洗髮露質量差。早餐中規中矩，但門口那個胖胖的女孩拉長一張臉

園林式的酒店，外觀古樸大氣，法式建築，市中心地段非常好，鬧中取靜。免費升級2號樓豪華美居高級大床房，兩米四的大床，房間乾淨整潔，和孩子有了很好的入住體驗，還能去五號樓游泳健身，早餐品種豐富，味道一般。十一期間攜程優惠價格訂到這樣的酒店非常不錯了，下次來西安首選這個酒店！
