我定的是兩房四人的套間。所謂酒店其實就是居民區裏的兩居室，叫民宿更合適。
客廳挺大的，基本朝南。有兩個沙發但是都不能睡人，整個房間裏衹有一把椅子，這點不是很方便，應該多配幾把椅子的，放東西坐人都方便。
卧室一間朝南一間朝西，房間都不是很大，基本上就是一張雙人床加一個小的衣櫃。我訂房時顯示是一間雙人床一間兩張單人床，但入住時是兩張雙人床。訂房之前我應該提前問清楚的。因為入住時是大年初一晚上挺晚了，就算了沒去換。朝南的那間床還可以床箱很結實，倆人睡一點不擠。朝西的房間裏的床質量不太好，翻身就吱吱扭扭響個不停。我們一個大人帶一個10歲小孩睡這張床，孩子晚上不老實，一動床就響搞得大人也睡不好。建議這張床至少修理一下吧。床墊比較硬，算是很舒服解壓。枕頭也很舒服。床單被罩枕套都很新看着很乾凈。這點必須贊一個。
廁所裏洗澡的熱水沒問題，是個燃氣熱水器。這個廁所還是個明衞，有朝西的窗。但是沒有安裝窗簾，洗澡的位置和馬桶就在窗邊。大年初一的晚上，蹲馬桶和洗澡都是看着外面的煙花進行的。13歲的閨女為此還專門發了朋友圈，算是十分特別的體驗了。
廚房被鎖起來了不讓用。可以理解但特別不方便。因為洗手池在衞生間裏面，所以四人同住的情況下，衹要衞生間有人在使用，用水就十分不便。
陽台上放了洗衣機，不過我沒有使用不評價。
房間裏配了牙刷一次性浴巾毛巾和塑料拖鞋以及紙杯。還有瓶裝飲用水。我要求多配備一些，店家很爽快的滿足了。這點不錯。
