前台服務態度好 基本上是有求必應 對我們的一些小要求也都會滿足 房間很大 周圍離着大學近 也有小吃 家人們住的開心 還有早餐也蠻精緻的

房間整體還不錯哇，乾淨整潔也沒有什麼異味。因為自己行程的原因，本來定了標間後面有需要換成更大的房間，酒店工作人員也很爽快更換了。整體感覺挺好的，周邊也有餐廳，工作人員的服務態度也不錯。

環境很好，因為是政府開會定點酒店，所以整體設施環境都可以，就是酒店年代有點久，設施有點舊，但是衞生還行。離交大城市學院很近，步行8分鐘到達學院南門。

設施：房間還算大，但設備有點舊，電視更是雪花加雜音，本來可以看的台就不多，最後衹有CCTV12還可以看看。浴巾洗漱用品我都是自己帶的，但尷尬的是洗澡間沒有置物架，也沒有掛鈎，洗髮水沐浴露都沒地方放。但洗澡的水很大。
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情。酒店可以待收快遞。和前台要東西也很快就送過來了。
環境：酒店周圍是產業園區。周圍沒有大的娛樂和餐飲場所。這幾天為西安的交通做了貢獻，打車去熱鬧一點的地方起步30元。
衞生：不太好的就是衞生了。我不知道酒店有幾位打掃的阿姨。我早上出門亮了請立即清掃的燈，中午回去房間還沒打掃。我一共住了五個晚上，其他地方掃沒掃我是看不出來，但馬桶肯定是沒刷的。而且住了五天就給了兩卷衞生紙，中途幾天沒有更換過衞生紙，一卷用完了也沒説再放一卷。

荒郊野地的酒店
拖鞋都沒有，什麼設施都沒有
服務更不用提，第一天説一次性拖鞋在採購
第二天就是**從來不配一次性拖鞋
房間異味嚴重，門鎖不揣是關不上的
