酒店真的超乎想象的滿意，不論是軟件還是硬件，半夜才到的酒店，前台小李姑娘熱情的跑到路邊幫我們一大家子拿行李，耐心的辦理入住，提供點心，服務態度非常好，退房的時候看到我們有孩子還塞了一把奶糖，讓孩子捱過了暈車，真的讓人感覺賓至如歸。房間非常寬敞大氣，是這次西安之旅最滿意的酒店。

對全季的住宿一直很滿意，但是這次的體驗感極差。早晨洗漱停電停水，打前台電話一直佔線。來電後水也不來，要2瓶水洗漱遲遲不送來，洗臉刷牙洗到一半等半天。
