The staff are all in traditional dress and we were put in a lovely room of a very big size I think we were upgraded which was so nice, breakfast was Chinese style and very nice. Only issue was the hot water wasn’t heating up very well so couldn’t have a bath. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very close to the subway exit A. The decoration is very new and unique. The bathrooms are all Kohler (I forgot to take a photo, I must remember correctly). The room facilities and supplies are very good. The lighting on the first floor and the public area is very dark and shaky. Remember to ask for it when you check in. Don’t rely on the road. Ctrip booking is trustworthy and any problems can be solved quickly.

The best things about this hotel were: free laundry and great service. We traveled a lot and this was the only hotel we can wash our clothes and got fresh ones. In fact the staff 严巧玪 and 谢蓉蓉were so helpful that they collected and laundry and folded them and delivered to my hotel room. The shower water was great also. The room was very cleaned and always in order after we return. We loved the breakfast and tea time in the afternoon. The location is awesome very convenient. We highly recommend this one.

The service guarantee of this newly opened Delta shows High quality and human touch. The highlight of my experience is: when I arrived at the hotel late at night, Jerry, the night shift manager, arranged the check-in procedures and took the initiative to deliver luggage. He was very professional and courteous, and introduced the hotel proactively. I was able to know the services in the hotel lobby at the first time. The housekeeping department will not take the initiative to disturb guests. It is invisible and always solves problems when needed. After checking in and entering the room, it was spotless. After taking a bath that day, the housekeeping staff took the initiative to clean and tidy up the next day (the morning of the 12th) The room was completely decorated according to my needs. It was heart-warming to see this after I entered the room tiredly in the evening. When checking out, the manager on duty, Rachel Guo, showed her warm and hospitable spirit. Big thumbs up👍. The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

I booked it on Ctrip and was given Zhibei Tower. The room was old and small, and the pillow wouldn't bounce back when I pressed it. I wanted to ask for another pillow, but the front desk said they wouldn't give it to me. The room is not soundproofed, and you can hear the outside sounds clearly. There are mosquitoes at night, and the air conditioner roars. You must turn it off when sleeping, otherwise it will be too noisy to sleep. Breakfast was also very average. I was given a room in the building on the south side when I was training with my employer in mid-July. The conditions were better than this time, and the room was bigger. I came because I was familiar with it. I didn’t expect that the room I was given this time was like this. The experience was very bad. I wonder if it was because of Ctrip. Excellent service from check in to check out. English speaking staff made things much easier when we had questions about our stay. The room was a comfortable size. The addition of a soft and a firm pillow was great and allowed us to sleep well. The room was a little hot and we couldn't get any cool air from the air conditioning unit- a fan in the room would have been handy and would have made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was clean, spacious and the toiletries smelled amazing! The breakfast was definitely more Chinese than western, but it was fresh, varied and delicious. The location of the hotel is great. The subway is only 5 minutes walk away which is a bonus for getting around Xi'an. It was also nice to be able to see the city walls from our window. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we find ourselves in Xi'an in the future.
