房間乾淨整潔，前台服務耐心，春節期間能住這樣的公寓真的不錯呢，重要的是還有鳳凰衞視可以收看，下次再來無錫還會入住

太滿意了，超出想象的好。不是很奢華，但簡約舒服，早餐也滿意👍服務沒有特別的迎合，但你需要的時候她們都在並能及時響應。
本次出行，第一次帶着86歲的老父親和11歲的兒子一共4人，每個人都很滿意👍如果下次有機會再來無錫，還會選擇這裏，主要性價比太高了

環境：非常好，這是選東和苑的主要原因。日式公寓自帶的花園和池塘佈局很不錯。
衞生：很好，卧室，客廳，浴室都很乾凈
設施：不算新，但都很好用
服務：這個差是給公寓前台的，打掃的阿姨很好
下午一點半到公寓排隊辦入住，排到了遲遲不辦，説房間要查房，讓站一邊等，那就等吧。後面就不管我們了，一直給後面人辦入住，期間催了好幾回，衹是口頭敷衍，最後又改口説房間要打掃，一家人連小孩一直站了快1小時。
等到2點半，問還要等多久，還是敷衍，我就火了，大聲吼了那個敷衍我的前台***，還要讓小孩像罰站一樣站多久？不行我自己去打掃房間。*姓前台全程黑臉，還很強硬的説，酒店沒説2點可以入住，牛，客人什麼時候入住，全看你臉色。
吼完就馬上給了房卡，所以就根本沒有什麼打掃，房間也沒有問題，是有空房的，至於真實原因我也不想知道。
公寓前台的服務不改進的話，差評會更多，服務行業沒服務還賺什麼錢，還不如改無人前台，輸密碼拿鑰匙房卡。

東和苑，花園裡的酒店式公寓。
前台小姐姐，人美服務好！
晚上入住時，外面天太黑了，沒看出什麼。早上站在陽台上，看到樓下院子裏霧氣中江南園林般的環境，美醉了。
房間內浴室（含浴缸）和衞生間是分開的，這個感覺挺好，不會因為洗澡弄濕地面影響上廁所。
另外，房間內除了有獨立中央空調外，居然有暖氣片。對，是暖氣。在無錫，有暖氣。北方人的我，好開森。
推薦給對酒店有品質要求的朋友們。

原來東和苑前台服務很好，很優秀高效。
前台搬到千禧大酒店和好像被千禧傳染了（千禧有一次早上開票開40多分鐘），從那以後就沒有住過千禧大酒店。
今天東和苑退房居然客人來了看都不看，一句話也沒有，表情是你欠什麼樣的表情。明明兩個人當時沒事做還這樣。。。
千禧大酒店不奢望能改進了，東和苑也不改進以後衹能不去住了（東和苑其他都很好）
攜程第一次點評，實在是體驗感太差了

性價比極高。感覺是包下了一個小區，房型就是公寓的房型吧，這不重要，重要的是公寓園區打造的花園一樣，竟然是我們兩家遊玩兩天呆的最多的地方。有個不小的小綠草地，我們野餐、帳篷、餵魚、抓蝦，景美遛娃還放鬆，很是推薦去。
我們定的三居室，裝修是日式風格。挺多收納的家裝設計可以參考的；電器不是西門子就是博世，中高檔型吧，沒注意看；房間是超級大，衞浴好像是2個吧；容納7個大人2個娃嘮嗑完全無壓力
