The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is patient. It’s really nice to live in an apartment like this during the Spring Festival. The most important thing is that there is Phoenix TV to watch. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuxi.

東和苑，花園裡的酒店式公寓。
前台小姐姐，人美服務好！
晚上入住時，外面天太黑了，沒看出什麼。早上站在陽台上，看到樓下院子裏霧氣中江南園林般的環境，美醉了。
房間內浴室（含浴缸）和衞生間是分開的，這個感覺挺好，不會因為洗澡弄濕地面影響上廁所。
另外，房間內除了有獨立中央空調外，居然有暖氣片。對，是暖氣。在無錫，有暖氣。北方人的我，好開森。
推薦給對酒店有品質要求的朋友們。

原來東和苑前台服務很好，很優秀高效。
前台搬到千禧大酒店和好像被千禧傳染了（千禧有一次早上開票開40多分鐘），從那以後就沒有住過千禧大酒店。
今天東和苑退房居然客人來了看都不看，一句話也沒有，表情是你欠什麼樣的表情。明明兩個人當時沒事做還這樣。。。
千禧大酒店不奢望能改進了，東和苑也不改進以後衹能不去住了（東和苑其他都很好）
攜程第一次點評，實在是體驗感太差了
