酒店設施很新、衞生乾淨整潔；酒店服務人員（包括打掃衞生的阿姨）都熱情、禮貌，積極主動幫我們解決問題。
酒店地理位置很好，晚上從房間看出去的夜景很美；交通也很便利，離崇安寺的開放公園及商業街就5、6分鐘的步行距離；周圍有一些知名的無錫本地老飯店及時尚餐廳，非常方便。今後還會繼續入住。

地理位置很不錯，在三陽廣場，去景點商場都很方便。
設施：較新，除了洗澡的花灑不好固定，其他設施都比較齊全。
衞生：可以，
環境：酒店位置雖然在市中心但是鬧中取靜，沿路邊住也不覺得吵。
服務：態度好，早餐也豐盛，中式西式都有，咖啡不錯喝。

四晚住的太舒服了！安靜、乾淨、寬敞！鬧中取靜，就在繁華商業街外一點點，走進去吃喝玩樂，走出來安安靜靜，五天都是步行進出！酒店位置完美！房間全部電器都是小愛語音控制，夜晚窗外就是靜安寺，可以看到整個夜景！最開心酒店緊挨着無錫兩家館子“西新飯店”和“蘆莊超王記”吃的開心！！酒店距離地鐵步行幾百米，我們從高鐵站出來坐2號線直達酒店。還有機器人上下樓送東西！

來酒店後前台免費給升級了房間，還幫助孩子打印了學習資料，機器人服務孩子很喜歡，設施先進，小愛同學非常給力，酒店人員服務態度非常好，有禮貌，愉快的住宿體驗。早餐吃的很好。
