Great hotel and service, clean rooms and especially in rainy weather the more reasons to enjoy the stay to the fullest. Extra wishes were made possible prompt and quickly. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for the price. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are giant and clean. Bathtub and shower combo was great. Really quiet as well

My family and I recently spent one night at the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel and had a wonderful experience all round. The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

設施：該有的都有了，就是沒有康樂設施有點小可惜，其實，就算收費也可以啊，乒乓之類的，可以有點娛樂性。
環境：在無錫的金融區，節假日去人少車少，我還挺喜歡的，雖然離景點有點距離，但是自己開車的話這也不是什麼問題。大堂挺香的。但是我們兩間不同樓層的行政房，樓層內都是一股酸酸的餿味，好難聞哦。
衞生：衞生打掃的還是不錯的，用過健身房的公共廁所也還挺乾淨。
服務：首先表揚一下接待我的前台Summer半夏，服務很周到，有求必應；另外還有西餐廳的張經理，因為住兩天，再加上還吃了一頓自助晚餐，接觸的比較多，能夠及時解決問題。其他的服務員，似乎沒有做到我在行政酒廊掃描問卷後，問卷裏所寫的熱情招呼，都很漫不經心，甚至於我在的那兩天的當班經理也有懟過我，作為我很信任的華邑這個IHG的高端品牌，還是有點失望的。

這家酒店總體還是不錯的，房間的沙發正好開車累了躺着挺舒服的~早餐的牛展麪條很好吃哦雖然節假日人多但服務人員都蠻好的很耐心，小寶喜歡這裏的泳池晚上有很多小朋友熱鬧哦，可惜這次時間短住了一晚下次還要來住住看着介紹餐飲不錯！特別感謝前台的Evan辦理入住很熱情！還贈送了早餐～總之這家酒店人員都很熱情 笑臉相迎~
