Excellent. Clean and comfortable, everything looks new, was given a room with a nice view of Taihu.Friendly and helpful staff, buffet breakfast was good and the Chinese restaurant on 2nd level served good food at reasonable price.Enjoyed my stayed here very much. Should be given a Six Star rating. (Lim M K of Singapore)

這個價格給你帶到繞起繞八所謂的偏樓，30年前裝修的模樣，網上卻説2020年新裝修，空調發動機一樣響，實在受不了加80換新的主樓住，居然又説沒有早餐，頭一次差評！

並不滿意，晚上12點多到的，然後給我弄得B樓，真的真的超級差，就想不正規的**一樣。還很潮。當天晚上基本就沒怎麼睡，空調也很老舊。沒什麼大用。第二天要求換到主樓，主樓還是比較不錯的，並且當天如果要換房要補差價。第二天實在受不了了，甚至找了攜程客服，酒店還是給換了。他家一定不要貪便宜，或者切記不要b樓房間。

無功無過的酒店，離市區遠，本來想着離黿頭渚近，所以訂了這裏，沒想到我們聽勸，最後決定去拈花灣😂也還好，好歹也比從市區走近點，而且上高速也快些！早餐一般，48一位，個人認為沒啥吃的，所以我們吃的泡麪，因為周圍啥都沒有，不過我看了看可以點外賣😂

酒店應該是新裝修的，環境還不錯，但是給安排了樓尾的房間晚上一直有馬達的聲音。而且配套的房間洗漱用品也不齊樓層服務員不太熱情，面無表情，下次應該不會住這裏了，因為同等的價位有更好的選擇.

辦理入住體驗~一家4口到達酒店大廳問前台有沒有行李服務員幫忙拉行李，結果前台說沒有，服務員已經下班需要自己拉行李，4星酒店竟然沒有安排足夠的工作人員為顧客服務，還告知那邊有車自己拉，這服務態度實在是讓人無語，最後突然間有位女士出來協助我們拉行李，總算是有解決了問題。
房間乾淨，浴室沒有異味，該有的洗漱用品都有，床的舒適感不錯。
洗衣服務這快，還需改進，大人與小孩衣服洗衣價格一樣，國外多數洗小孩衣物都有半價優惠，但這裡沒有。
退房服務~前台小姐姐沒有笑容，沒有熱情，給人感覺是很不友善。
行李員更是糟糕，一副很不高興的樣子，不主動幫忙拉行李，到達大廳後直接把行李擱在一旁不搭理了，我叫了6人專車來接，結果沒有行李員幫忙，需自己把所有行李拉出去，真的是很糟糕的體驗。雖然房間乾淨，酒店漂亮，位置不錯，但不會再入住，因為體驗感不滿意。員工需再好好培訓，酒店服務業最重要的就是員工需讓客人有感覺賓至如歸的感覺，而不是讓顧客感覺冷漠的服務。
