Initial plan was to stay at the Orange hotel near Wuxi railway station but was fully booked so stayed here instead. But it turn out to be a blessing in disguise. This location is so convenient. There is a family mart next to the hotel, the Metro entrance is next to the hotel, there are many great eateries within 2-5min walk away from the hotel. Inside the family mart, you have access to excellent coffee 24hrs. In the morning, there's also warm soya milk drink. The room itself has an outdoor area where I can smoke while taking a break from work. With this outdoor area, the bedroom remains smoke free. Simply excellent. The city view faces the sanyang plaza area where the brightly-lit buildings spruce up the quiet of the night. The buffet breakfast has a good spread of simple local and western dishes which make excellent breakfast! This hotel is simply great value for money!

A mediocre hotel. Not the same standard as some other orange hotels I have stayed in. The front desk was cooperative. But it would be great if the management tells the staff that it doesn’t hurt to have a smile on their face. Overall not bad for this price range.

簡直太完美了 床很大電視屏幕也很大
設施：有陽台而且整個房間包括陽台都非常大非常喜歡 就是床頭的燈沒有搞明白 亂按一通也關了 挺好玩的 早餐很好吃可以嘗試一下
衞生：衞生方面沒的説 華住會一直放心
環境：住的18層 能看見運河 景色還是不錯的 早上起來陽台能曬太陽很舒服
服務：落了一個情侶項鍊在酒店 被阿姨找到了 很感謝🥰

華住會中高端酒店，整潔乾淨，有機器人送水果，智能家居（電燈窗簾），洗漱台與衞生間分離較方便，有個外包的小陽台，可以喝茶休閑，高級雙床與高級大床房靠馬路有運河景觀，可惜被前面建築物擋了大部分。周邊有超市有飯店，去惠山古鎮近3公里。如果去市區中心起步價。總體不錯。

房間都在高層，乾淨整潔空間大，有陽台可以透氣，也很安靜。電視機很大，可以投屏。樓下就是商場，吃飯方便。外賣也有機器人可以送上門。早餐咖啡牛奶果汁餛飩麪都有，這個價位裏很可以了。到惠山古鎮很近。家裡人都很滿意。下次有機會到無錫，還會選擇這裏。

之前潮州住了桔子，非常好，這次週末來無錫玩，就找到這家桔子上有家庭房的，但是裝修確實看着有些年頭了，家庭房是榻榻米的，大床很大，小朋友説小床睡着也非常舒服，不錯，就是電梯旁邊的房間，一晚上都有電梯的聲響，睡眠不好的人還是不推薦了。出行方便，旁邊就有地鐵站，我們人多就打車了，去惠山古鎮不到2公里還是挺方便的。開車就停在常發廣場的停車場 ，非常大，離開的時候和前台説一下，就可以免費了。

第二次入住酒店了，第一次入住的時候因為旅遊團的關係，可能體驗感不是很好，但是酒店的售後服務還是非常的好，酒店臨近西湖，地址位置是沒話説，很近，酒店還有免費的停車場，在西湖這寸土寸金的地方，這也是一種額外的服務。周邊門口也有吃飯的地方，非常不錯。
