出差多年，第一次給差評。
出入住相當滿意，然後洗衣機漏水，空調無法制暖，給前台聯繫，回覆派師傅查看，門衞上來看了看錶示沒辦法。洗衣機還好，空調無法制暖太難受了，
和衣而卧凍一晚，早上流鼻涕，前台沒有任何錶示和措施，同樣價格凍了一晚，給人感覺就是自己倒黴，凍着唄
設備損壞能理解，但是沒有任何的措施，衹能凍着，沒有任何歉意的表達
無錫是很美麗的城市，這家店的管理很不美麗
希望你們入住的時候不要挨凍

房間非常整潔，乾淨衞生，特別是洗衣烘乾一體機非常人性化，非常實用，幾十年來住過好多酒店賓館，還是第一次發現這家酒店對顧客想的周到，以住酒店賓館，出差幾天，都要帶幾套換洗衣服，特別是夏天無法洗衣服，甚至連涼衣服的地方都沒有，我睡覺沒有開空調製暖的習慣，電話給前台後，服務人員很快安排保安送來增加一床被子，前台女生和其它全體工作人員，對每一位住宿顧客都非常熱情禮貌並主動打個招呼。五星好評，五星點贊，今後出差旅遊還住恆享佳酒店。

酒店環境非常棒，特別乾淨，設備都很智能，有機器人送外賣，前台服務很好很有耐心，交通非常便利，下樓就有公交車站和地鐵站。

酒店位置不錯，在十字路口，去那都方便，打車到南禪寺十多元，打車到惠山古鎮也是十多元，建議要去蠡園看看，很不錯。
不足之處是地下停車場沒電梯，要爬一層樓梯才到一樓服務枱，

非常滿意，酒店價格實惠，裝修很新。就在無錫市中心。前台還免費升級了房間，房間很大很舒服，衞生也好。淋浴水很快熱水量足，馬桶是衹能馬桶冬天不會冷。前台態度也很好。

房間整潔衞生，設施也很新，特別是大屏幕投影是對愛看電影的朋友的最佳選擇，第一次來住，外面不吵鬧，睡的很踏實，後面來無錫可以再入住

交通方便，火車站一站路，3號地鐵站北珊口站大概3，400米，酒店裝修很新，房間暖氣給力，有洗衣機，大冰箱，智能馬桶，免費停車，性價比超高
