The welcome was fine, but I think due to covid and low activity there is limited staff inside the hotel. The facility is well located, close to the railway station and just 100 m far from 2 subway stations. The breakfast is good with many choices available. I enjoy the stay and for our next trip to Wuxi this for sure will be the hotel we will book.

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

Absolutely awesome experience from Nanjing to Wuxi just step out the station have seen the hotel and when check out just heading to floor 2 is the gate to the railway and next to it do have a lot of choices for breakfast eg KFC. Moreover the new shopping mall going to operation mid of Dec. The staff here also friendly.

This hotel is in an excellent central location near public transport links. There is plenty around it. It stands out as a budget hotel that takes pride in offering a service beyond that normally expected of a budget hotel. The rooms are just the right size and well designed. There is a very good shower which, unusually for a hotel, does not leak. The soaps and shampoos are nice. The towels are very good for a hotel in this price range as is the linen on the comfortable beds. There are blackout curtains and the rooms are quiet. I liked the way there were four bottles of water (and I was given another at checkout). The staff were helpful and pleasant, including a couple of the cleaning staff who I met in the corridor. I will not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Wuxi. Minor issues were the lack of a fridge (I like cold water) and a bizarre room numbering system. For example 8512 in on 5F. I'm not sure what the 8 is for.

Stayed for four nights, the front desk service was very warm, the room was relatively clean, the underground parking garage was not limited to the number of times to enter and exit, the public charging station was next door, and the attractions were relatively close, quite satisfactory. Two points need to be improved. First, the smart toilet cannot be used, and it cannot be used after repairing; second, the car was blocked in the underground parking lot the next morning. Although the property was on the spot to deal with the problem, I could not solve the problem. Finally, I called the police and disrupted my day's travel arrangements.

I decided to go to Wuxi on the spur of the moment on New Year’s Eve. After comparing several hotels, I finally chose theirs! Sure enough, there is nothing wrong! Excellent location: The hotel is located in the center of Wuxi, with the subway across the road. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to Suning, Yaohan, Sanyang Plaza and Hang Lung (you can check in to the Internet celebrity toilets)! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Donglin Academy and Xiaolou Lane! It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nanchan Temple and Nanchang Street, or take a taxi for 8 or 9 yuan! A taxi ride to Yuantouzhu costs around 37 yuan. Basically, the hotel is very convenient for going to all the major attractions in Wuxi! We basically take a taxi because it’s not convenient to park anywhere during the Chinese New Year! 33 Hotel facilities: I was originally worried that the hotel might be too old, but it turned out to be no problem at all. We booked an executive suite with a great view on the 25th floor! The 2 rooms do not interfere with each other! The room is atmospheric, clean, and has no smell 3. The bathroom 🚽 is very functional! Unexpected hahaha! The breakfast located on the 28th floor of the hotel is great! And there was no crazy price increase during the Chinese New Year! Excellent value for money! Service attitude: We arrived in the evening, and the housekeeper Xiaoquan was very considerate. He gave us small pastries, and also gave us very festive red masks and trinkets for the Chinese New Year! The kids like it very much! They even helped us fold our clothes when cleaning the next day! The staff answered all our questions and any small requests we made were met immediately! Thank you so much! Overall, the trip of three days and two nights was fine. 333, super five-star recommendation!

I informed the front desk assistant that I wanted to cancel my booking on Saturday and she went out of her way to call Trip.Com to assist the with cancellation. She knew their operating times and informed me that she would call at 9:00 am and at exactly 9:30 she sent me a text to give me an update. I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the time I arrived. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The hotel is a stone throw away from the metro and very close the Wuxi railway station.

Stayed at Yiyuan for the second time this year. The hotel is located on the edge of Huishan Ancient Town, with convenient transportation and the subway station entrance is in front of the hotel. Sooner or later, you can go to Huishan Ancient Town and Yinyuan to the east of the hotel to feel the colorful humanistic atmosphere of Wuxi. Wuxi Jichang Garden, which is imitated by the Harmonious Garden in the Summer Palace, is in the ancient town of Huishan. You can visit the Jiangnan Garden built on the mountain, which is a small price for tickets. (The last three photos are Harmonious Garden) The overall decoration of the hotel is elegant in Chinese style, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is rich. More suitable for tourism and business accommodation around Wuxi Liangxi District and Huishan. There are tin and Wuxi dishes 1 km away from the hotel. Recommend it, the taste and price are excellent.

Fantastic stay at the lovely Rocase serviced apartments. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The service was impeccable, extremely polite and they even spoke English! They couldn't have been more helpful. The food at the buffet was good, though it's a small selection (as it is a boutique hotel, it's small in size). I would suggest perhaps varying a couple of small things in each day just to offer variety - even just the addition of another jam or cereal as well perhaps (although that's a very foreign thing). The restaurant staff were so lovely and went to all the trouble to take coffee orders, offer freshly made omelettes or wonton soup etc. one more suggestion for the serviced apartment would be to provide basic cutlery/plates in the room. There are wine glasses and tea making things, which is great, but no wine opener and nothing to put food on. Though if I was staying for more than a few nights I would buy my own, it's cheap. The location is fantastic, super close to Nanchang walking street, which I really enjoyed wandering around! Overall, great stay.
