Magnotel Hotel (Wuhan jiangtan science and Technology Museum)

Don't you say this is Magnolia, I thought I lived in a cave. The man who checked in at the reception office was a tall man with medium and long hair and a cold attitude. It probably means that I can connect downstairs, so I can sleep in the hall? Let me reconnect, I raise an objection, good guy, I hung up before I finished speaking, and didn't take the initiative to solve the problem. Can you connect me or not is my problem? Or is it a problem of many tourists? Then I suggest not to stay in this hotel. I think it’s good to be handsome and go back to be a young master, so I don’t need to be tired to help guests solve the check-in problem. I called three times and gave the biggest concession to breakfast. The whole process does not mention the room change, if you do not mention that I suggest you accept the room change, let me go downstairs to handle it. After I went downstairs, the young master was not there. Another staff member checked and said that there was no room. Good fellow, young master was performing a monkey walk? In the end, I changed to Jinjiang Inn with a price of 100 in the off-season. The environment is really too far, and there are so many operations to solve the problem of no internet and no signal. So I contacted Ctrip's customer service. The communication between the customer service and the front desk was also unpleasant. Finally, Miss Ctrip gave a satisfactory answer. Ctrip is still good. The long-haired young master in this hotel has a bad attitude. Originally, this Wi-Fi is also a hotel facility. Shouldn't this problem be dealt with? Can't you give me money and I will repair the net for the young master? By the way, there are gifts for staying in the hotel. The young master didn't mention the gifts when I checked in. The last young lady gave us gifts, and I saw that Ctrip had gifts. Not targeting other staff I just think you are tired, Master.

服務超級棒！一到酒店就温馨的送的有伴手禮，而且房間內還備有免費飲料，房間設施很齊全也很乾凈，超級喜歡，主要離所有漢江這邊的景點都很近，江漢步行街、黎黃陂路、漢口碼頭可以步行到達，江灘就在對面，觀夜景也很美，周邊吃的也好多。下次來一定還要入住👍

衞生：出來玩酒店最重要的就是衞生，房間很乾凈整潔，走進去就覺得舒心。 最方便的就是酒店地理位置非常好，離江灘就走幾分鐘，各個網紅打卡點走路10分鐘都能到，江漢路步行街，黎黃陂路，武漢關，水塔路，勝利街…… 酒店工作人員非常熱情，態度很好，看到我們帶小朋友，主動給我們小朋友小禮物。 包含早餐非常划算，早餐乾淨味道也可以。 有智能馬桶，還有貼心的耳塞。

我是跟我老爸來這邊旅遊剛來武漢人生地不熟，找不到酒店在哪裡，然後我們就給酒店前台 打電話詢問怎麼走前台一個小姑娘接聽了我們的電話，非常有禮貌，講的路也很清晰明確，我們就順利到了酒店一進去非常的累但是前台小姑娘給我們倒了熱茶，這讓我們感覺心裏暖暖的來武漢的初體驗非常好！我們覺得這家酒店不管是從服務還是從裝修都挺不錯的，雖然我們衹住了一天，但是我覺得這次出行選擇這家酒店真的是很明智的選擇，房間也挺舒服，柔軟的我們老年人有時候睡不慣硬牀板，喜歡睡軟一點，他們的床墊我看了一下舒適度非常好，真的挺不錯，半夜我們想多要兩瓶水給前台打電話也都是很快有人接聽，並且給我們送了上來服務真的很不錯！如果我們下次還來這邊旅遊，還是會選擇這家店！

酒店位置挺不錯的，市中心，離漢口江灘很近，走路三五分鐘，過個馬路就是武漢科技館，武漢關鐘樓都在不遠處，出行不管是地鐵公交還是打車都挺方便，門口就有公交，地鐵大約走路十分鐘左右。酒店服務也不錯，想換個房間前台也沒有額外收取費用，客房阿姨每天也很積極的打擾衞生

因為跑漢馬訂了單人餐的標間，臨時改變計劃拖老攜幼。前台很貼心給多送了兩份早餐。作為商務酒店，早上的熱乾麪是現做給你吃的，還有衞洗麗的潔具非常舒適。 更驚喜的是，跑馬前一天還有伴手禮，當天提前開始早餐服務，對武漢留下了更加美好的印象。

因為馬拉松選擇了這家酒店，離起點很近，所以很方便，酒店環境整體很温馨，入住過程很愉快😊不知道的地方詢問工作人員，她們都很耐心的幫我解決，前台的小美女們都很熱情，沒有因為我問的多而煩躁，提出表揚👍不得不説江景房還是很值得入住的，還有個獨立的小陽台，空氣清新，順便曬一曬這243w的太陽！週六的江漢路步行街是真的熱鬧呀，下次來武漢還會選擇這家白玉蘭～
