房屋是樓梯樓，窩雜於居民區，光線通風極差，嚴重的黴臭味！裝修設施極為陳舊，房間破爛不堪（衞生間吊頂都是破的），地面、牆面到處都是污垢！房間礦泉水也沒有，熱水壺臟的讓人嘔吐。
還有，前臺中年婦女-母夜叉態度極差，真的後悔預訂這裏！糟糕的體驗。

主要優點是有個曬衣服的平台！夏天很好👍。但是想要享受服務和環境那是沒有的！因為服務時間在白天九點後，晚上除了前台是沒有服務人員的。設施比較陳舊老化

來去皆很匆忙，本着將就一晚的想法選擇了這裏，但讓我十分意外的便是這酒店的環境，雖然與高檔酒店比不了，但卻處處體現了這個酒店的態度，一絲不苟，無論是窗台還是拐角均一塵不染，毛巾以及床單沒有任何的異味，整個房間可以稱為乾淨，美中不足的便是房間內沒有擺放水。

交通方便，離地鐵2號線不遠，離武漢協和醫院很近，周圍超市和飯店很多。酒店環境優雅衞生，服務員態度熱情貼心。

地理位置非常好 不過這個價位這個地段有些東西就沒有了。
一沒有礦泉水需要自己購買，二空調半夜會有滴滴滴的聲音，有些人無所謂反正我是半夜醒了。
其他沒啥 衞生間打掃的還行，服務態度也很好。

賓館房間設施齊全，乾淨整節，特別要評價的是房間門的安全鎖十分方便使用而且安全度相當高，晚上休息和岀門辦事都十分放心。

出差住得最差的一次，床墊坑坑窪窪的，一整晚沒睡着，房間裏沒礦泉水沒茶杯，沒洗漱杯子，唯一優點是到協和醫院很近
