酒店前台小敏服務態度熱情，打了回訪電話問了入住體驗感，很暖心的酒店，酒店餐廳的食物很美味，附近也有很多小吃，坐車去機場火車站景點都很方便，酒店的壞境佈局很喜歡，客房阿姨服務也很好，有啥問題前台都會積極處理，下次還會過來入住。

酒店位置離武漢站近，周邊配套齊全葯店水果店超市都有，前台小萬主動提前聯繫並插卡取電，大堂香氛很好聞，浴缸漂亮，歡迎茶水和小零食味道不錯，離店開發票也很方便快捷，停車場車位很多很有優勢。推薦入住。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大氣，周圍後花園環境很好，停車很方便住宿免費，前台小萬服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床墊很舒適，房間的窗户很大可以看到不錯的街景，自助早餐品種很多煎包味道好，離開的還幫免費延時退房，很不錯!

酒店很乾凈，大堂裝修風格很大氣，看上去也很舒服，工作人員小萬的服務非常和善，自助早餐還不錯牛肉麪，房間還贈有免費洗衣服務，服務基本是有求必應的，酒店離東湖景點挺近的騎自行車就能到，總之是一場非常舒服的旅行。入住首選，滿意。
