There was no high expectation for the temporary special room, after all, the price is there. Unexpectedly, the front desk staff would be warmly received late at night, the room prepared fruit drinks, the room uncle quickly delivered mineral water, the security also helped to bring the takeaway... many surprises. In the end, this red envelope really has... surprises

We stay for 2 days at the hotel. And our overall experience was good . The hotel has been around for sometime in the heart of wuhan business district well located . It has a gym swimming pool ( which was under renovation) a small playground in there restaurant and a chinese and western restaurant. We expressed our disappointment that the pool was closed but the staff came to apologize in person treated us with complementary fruits and a free upgrade + late check out. We were pleased about the adequate apologies and all staff during our stay was friendly. We look forward to come back

As soon as you enter the lobby, it is very beautiful and suitable for checking into an internet celebrity hotel. When you enter the front desk, the staff Yu Xueying has a good service attitude, enthusiasm and thoughtfulness to help prepare the room. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. The location is also very good, and it is convenient for traveling nearby. There are so many delicious, drinkable and fun places to eat. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Wuhan👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Today, I came out and went back to the room. Then after lunch, I suddenly found that there was no ring on my hand. I remembered that all the jewelry was forgotten on the sink. Then I ran back to get it. Fortunately, my aunt hadn’t cleaned it. I remembered that the Bluetooth headset was forgotten on the sofa in the room. Contacted the staff to help send it back. Thanks to the two front desk brothers on duty at noon on New Year's Day, and thank you Jerry for helping me reimburse the parking fee. If you need parking, you can contact the front desk. The hotel stay is self-service, because there are staff to help with the store during the day, overall it is OK, because this time I want to be closer to Tianjie, so I specially set this hotel. I booked this store during the epidemic, because the closure was later refunded. The only thing that was not satisfactory was that the hotel had a door. It was estimated that the door of the next room was opened. Yesterday, I may not sleep at 1:30 next door on New Year's Eve. I can hear everything.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is in the city center. Before booking, I always read reviews and said that the room facilities are very old. However, after staying here, I found that at this price, I can live in such a prosperous area and the room is not bad. The price/performance ratio is extremely high! From entering the hotel to checking out, I am most satisfied with the front desk service. Maybe I arrived at the busiest time, and the front desk was busy. I didn't wait for a while, and I finished it quickly. Manager Li at the front desk had a very good service attitude. Very professional! Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again next time!

We are happy staying in this hotel. Many thanks to Mr Han for helping us booked di di to the airport. We are foreigners and unable to book. The only short coming is taxi are not allowed to come in to the hotel, making taxi abit inconvenient. Also would like to point out that the housekeeping lady on 1/6/23 removed our written notes on the side table, and replaced with new pad. We lost some information written on the notepad. Housekeeping staff should be informed not to remove without guests permission . Thank you
