When I checked out, I came to the front desk, and there was no customer to handle business. The three receptionists all saw me, but no one responded to me. I took my baby at the front desk for 30 seconds and no one responded, and finally said check out! Still no one cares! (It feels like all three of them are pretending to be stupid, and whoever takes the initiative takes care of the attitude), I was instantly angry, and only then did I respond to check out. For the hotel package we booked, the dinner buffet is cost-effective, but calling it a seafood buffet is a bit far-fetched! The overall service attitude is very good. The front desk helped to book a place for dinner. Special praise to the receptionist in the lobby, because the child got motion sickness when checking in (forgot to ask his name, around 12 noon on 9.9), who helped unload the luggage and kept it with him after check-in. Come into the room! During dinner, Manager Xiong received the reception very well, with enthusiasm and courtesy. He also helped get the meals and gave snacks and handicrafts to the children!
