Trash from previously client not taken out, place stunk and towels were nasty, floor not vacuumed, druggies in parking lot

I had a pleasant stay at this property. Room was clean and they even made accommodations for me according to my needs. I’m thankful for there help during this time.

The beds where very hard and uncomfortable. We had a pillow that had a aweful smell to it. Also if you leave anythi g in the room dont expect to get it back. They will not get back with me on something that was left. Also they came and half cleaned our room the firts night the second they didnt even come in to replace towels or anything but the other groups we was with they cleaned their room. They just picked which room they felt like cleaning that day.

The service at front desk was awesome, the carpet in the room was all stained. The second night when I pull off the sheet to get ready to sleep I found a bed bug full of blood (probably I was it dinner) I had to get ret of it. I have a housekeeping every single day and I had clean towels daily. If it wasn’t for the stained carpet and the bed bug this Hotel could received a greater rating.

Room was filthy, floors turned my socks black. Room was full of flies and water from sink was so cloudy you could not see through it.

The person at check in was sour. I reserved a non-smoking room, signed the paperwork that stated there would be a fine for smoking in room etc, walk into room and it smelled terribly of previous smoking and ash tray on the table. (Nonsmoking room with ashtrays???) Was issued upstairs room, when I asked for downstairs as I am disabled, was told single rooms were only upstairs. There’s no ice machine, only vending is up another flight of stairs.The ratings for this establishment are WAY off. It’s more in the 4 range at best.
