I thought it was great. Great room with a view and it’s within a minutes walking distance to the convention center and some restaurants. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty, but not too bad. Would book again.

Elevator situation poor. 18 floors with only 3 elevators and no dedicated service elevator for housekeepers, etc. We wait and wait and wait for an elevator, and when it finally comes, it's full of housekeepers carts or people.

I liked how convenient the location is. Around the hotel there are these cute restaurants and bars. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice.

The hotel charged my card for the stay even though I paid through *******. They still have not returned the money and it has been near impossible to get someone on the phone.

the rooms were updated. the halls, carpets and elevators were not updated.
I have stayed in much better Marriotts.
The staff was excellent though.
