When I made the reservation, I saw it online that there was breakfast. In fact, after I made the reservation and paid, it showed that there was no breakfast. After I arrived at the hotel, even though I paid online, I still needed to pay a deposit of US$50 (this additional deposit is different from the local custom in the United States). When checking in, I asked the front desk again if there was breakfast, and the staff definitely said: there is no breakfast. After returning home, I checked the order and it showed that breakfast was available. Speechless. . . . . . . Also, when will the deposit be returned?

Breakfast was okay. Poor check-in experience- was given a handicapped room that we did not need. Whirring noise all night long - could not figure out what was causing it. Door to room was not aligned- so there was a gap around door frame - the door locked, but light and noise from hall came in. Needless to say, we did not get a good night sleep.

Great hotel! Staff was friendly, very clean, great hot breakfast.
My only complaint, and this is across the board with Hampton Inns, is that the beds are not comfortable and I wake up with hip and back pain. My bathroom was great except the water wouldn’t drain properly.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming and kind to my loud crazy kids upon checking in after a LONG day, felt no judgement at all but rather much more acceptance. Pool was nice clean and empty. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was AMAZING (shout out to whoever made the biscuits and gravy). Deposit came back on the second day after checking out which is faster than other hotels we’ve dealt with. Would definitely come back.
