Standard hotel. They gave us a 1st floor room. Breakfast was standard egg sausage in dining room. We had 2 Cats which was $20 each. Red roof didn’t charge for pets. Ok. Chinese food next door.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The room had issues with hot and cold water switched and 3 way switches not working and they did not clear the walks when it snowed.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone we had blood on the walls and door in the bathroom no hot water for showers dirty pillows and mattress tried to move us to another room that smelled like **** and that room was also dirty and some of the staff did absolutely nothing and we had to wait until the next morning for services

the staff was amazing, friendly from the pick up at 1:20AM with and elderly disable mom to the drop off, the staff remembered our names and greeted us daily, breakfast was fair and plenty, hotel maybe a little run down from what I normally stay at but would return for the price location and friendlyness thank You Manager and staff for the comfort

The pictures do not look like what we got. The sheets and comforters has stains and cigarette hold on both beds. We had to purchase new linens just to sleep on a bed we shared. It was clean but still went over everything with bleach wipes. Paint job in the room is horrible, repaired patches on the walls and doors. You could see under the room door as it did not set evenly on the frame. Mattress was one thin mattress. Not comfortable at all. The smoke dectector had a smash cage over it with lots of screw holes around it. We're assuming the room gets used for extra curricular activity besides family stay. The dresser and nightstands looked horrible and you can tell they've been burned and etched symbols on them by previous guest. The tv didn't work at first. Had to call to get someone to fix it. You get what you pay for here. Good deal=sacrificing comfort and security.

I had booked this month's in advance, for a K9 seminar. They put me on the second floor next to the door. The smokers would put a rock in the door and stand on the porch to smoke. My door had such big cracks around the frame the smoke would waft in. The door wouldn't open a lot of the time so they would stand outside and bang on the door. Then there was just the constant coming and going of inappropriate behavior and laughing after 10:30 , then 1:00, and 2:00 and so on... I talked with management in the morning but nothing changed... Needless to say my dog and myself did not sleep. They will not be getting my repeat business.

Hotel was pretty quiet which allowed for a good night sleep. Staff was very polite and friendly. Their breakfast was also good, nothing fancy but good enough to get through lunch.
Although, we didn’t use it, hotel has a shuttle available from hotel/airport for guest.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The AC worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. I have to be honest that this hotel isn’t in the best part of town but this isn’t their fault and my car stayed safe and secure. If you’re used to the Ritz or Embassy Suites, you probably won’t like this place but if you want a clean, affordable room and a pretty decent breakfast, this place is hard to beat for the price.
