The hotel room was very clean. It had a kitchenette with basic pots, pans and dishes for cooking. An apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove with an oven. There was a dishwasher as well as cleaning supplies. The breakfast was great! You had scrabbled eggs, sausage patties and waffles for the hot breakfast as well as the usual instant oatmeal, bread, bagels, yogurt and juice. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was also handicap accessible with a roll in shower. The room had a king sized bed, couch and chair with a foot stool. My only complaint is there was a sign saying you couldn't take breakfast back to your room. This ment my mother was unable to have breakfast as in the morning she has trouble walking and getting around. I did not ask for an exception to made in her behalf. I also have social anxiety so it's hard for me to have to eat alone when others are in the dining room however I lucked out and was alone in the dining room when I had breakfast. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

We were very comfortable for our 8 day Christmas stay. The suite was cleaner than average for this price level accommodation. Being the holiday season, the maid service was a bit spotty, but acceptable. It was a very good value, given the extra space. Breakfast was not up to an acceptable standard. I bought frozen breakfast sandwiches to prepare in the room. The kitchen was marginally equipped, but we anticipated that and brought some items we would need. We will use the hotel again.

Had a hard time communicating with reservations desk to check in. They also didn't tell me location of elevator, nor did they inform me of breakfast hrs. Had issue with room TV not working as a TV should. Some plugs not working.

Door locks barely work. Fridge won't open because wall is in the way, smells, very uncomfortable furniture and bed..

The room was big and the little couch was a nice touch. However the WiFi was sporadic and we did not have hot water in the shower. When I told the front office girl she didn’t seem all that concerned.

This is not a Wyndham property anymore. It is under poor renovations. Toilet and bathtub have leaks. Two broken lamps thin comforter. No heat in main room of the suite. Breakfast was dismal. The one positive is the room layout with two rooms and two bathrooms.

The hallways are full of couches. No one explained they were new couches or old couches and possibly in the middle of a remodel, maybe?? Our bathroom door didn’t latch close. There was what looked like boogers/debris on the way next to the bed. The dishwasher looked like it was going to fall out of the cabinet. The microwave handle fell off when I opened it. We stayed here years ago and had a great experience but now we were very disappointed.

There were many things in our room that needed work. Carpet coming up that revealed staples for us to step on, toilet seats that didn't match the toilet size, fixtures not screwed into the walls. The staff was friendly, still, we were glad we only had to stay one night.
