Place looks a bit rundown from the outside. It is on a busy and noisy corner. It is right next door to a Target store, which is convenient and it is a nice Target. Rooms are dingy, but clean. The pool is the bomb! Very nice "Old school" round pool in the center of the building; clean and sparkly. The Tiki Bar is lame, but a nice idea. Breakfast was lame, typical self-serve buffet. They did keep the area clean, so no complaints, just don't be looking for gourmet, it's just food. The one thing that was a rip-off was the shuttle to Sunfest: $45. An Uber was $15.

Lady at the frontdesk in the evening Was very unfriendly. Rest of the stuff in the morning was very friendly.
Breakfast was fine, room was clean and all good for one night.

The hotel is too old and not well maintained. The carpet looks dirty. The shower head is very small and the water doesn't come out quickly. I didn't even eat breakfast so early. I'm really not satisfied with it.

The outlets within walking distance were also nice.
It's easy to find as it's located on a corner of a main street, and there's a convenience store right in front.

The room smelled like mildew. The tub faucet leaked. The paint on the walls was not painted correctly, upi could see the old yellow color still. The rooms are outdated.
The beds were clean though.

they put me in a room that I could hear trucks and and ambulances through all hours of the day and night. I remember seeing crack heads walking out front of the Motel. I was pretty nervous of getting out of my room at night. They basically gave me the shaft for a room. Not happy.

Room was spacious and clean though there was a very damp muskiness. Rooms are outdated but comfortable. Love the grounds and amenities. Great location, good wifi and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again in the future.

I liked the little garden and fountain. Room was adequate and clean. Only con is the road out side is apparently a drag ***** for every ***** from here. On arrival there was a 3 car wreck and the rest of the nite were revved engines and screaming tires made it hard to sleep but thats the cities fault not the hotel
