非常糟糕的入住體驗：
首先，剛進房間就發現房間和樓道的隔音極差，我躺在床上都能聽到樓道里小孩的跑動聲。
其次，一進門地還是濕的，而且拖的極其隨意，還能看到很多污漬。
比較離譜的兩個點是床單上居然有血跡，開水壺裡有水沒倒。
還有就是大半夜水管有很大的雜音。後來跟前台溝通的時候居然把責任推給我，説我沒有及時向前台報修。
中午退房的時候已經在電話裏提及住房體驗很差的問題了，但是客服迴避了這個問題讓我直接把房卡放在前台，沒有給我闡述問題的機會。
晚上我發現物品遺失來找前台核對，前台衹是很草率地詢問了大廳裏的保潔人員是否有看見，便對我進行了回覆。由於入住時的糟糕體驗，使我不覺得保潔人員的一句話就足以證明。
在後來和前台的電話溝通中，前台反覆提及他們酒店關於用户遺失物品的處理流程，“如果看到了一定會通知你的”，但問題就在於該流程上游的保潔人員如果疏忽沒有看到遺失物品，那整個處理流程就不成立。還有就是在問題的反饋和溝通中，前台多次偷換概念，轉移責任，無法給出有效的解決方案。

就在温州汽車南站旁，對面是火車站。南站有出發去百丈祭的大巴，特別方便。離五馬街、南塘都特別近，打車很便宜，也不堵車。

環境：僅僅點評居住環境，本來打算住多天的，帶着父母跟懷孕9個月的老婆，準備待產，想找個安靜的酒店，三百左右的價格也不算低了，隔音太差了，凌晨1點到5點，一直有人在外面跑來跑去，在哪裡亂叫，女人的尖叫聲，很驚悚，定了兩個房間，一家人整個晚上沒睡，沒法入眠，體驗太差了！！！ 十幾年第一個差評
