花灑的水射出來的都沒漏的多，頂灑根本擰不動。淋浴房一股下水道的味道。電動馬桶按什麼都沒反應，還不如普通馬桶，隔壁就是學校大清早就吵的要死，還有，這個是公寓式酒店，不是獨棟的，行李多的根本不方便。長長陰暗的走廊，懂得都懂。再有，硬件設施根本不行，不如去住品牌連鎖酒店至少衞生有保障！我都不懂哪來的那麼多好評！絕絕子！避雷！

酒店的地理位置優越，就在市中心，逛街，購物都很方便。前台服務員很温柔，客房服務員也非常友好！衞生間是乾濕分離的，衞生打掃的很乾凈，這次入住真的非常愉快，下次還會選擇這裏！

好的評價是位置在文山鬧市區，吃、購、玩都比較方便。不好的是房間佈局設計腦洞大了點，反而不怎麼方便客人。關鍵的是，大床房的房間不能開窗，空氣不好。

當日下午六點多，想着開個酒店早點休息，打開攜程看到排第一“文山舒適酒店熱賣第一名”看着圖片大廈也是豪華，價格200+，想着肯定舒適沒問題至少和麗楓差不多叭，看都沒看5秒下單。結果被攜程坑了。
前台格調還是很大氣的，風格也不錯，房間下面説：
刷卡打開房間門，黑漆漆的一片，左摸摸右摸摸就是找不到插房卡取電的地方，打開手電才看到在前面，感覺就不怎麼好，然後去洗手間馬桶扶不穩啊看視頻，然後就是地毯有黴味，坐在床邊偶爾能聞到（有很香水味掩蓋了），其次就是沙發，這麼臟的乾脆不要擺了好不好，總之一晚都沒休息好。
地段是在市中心，可能對房價有一定支撐，關鍵是我也不需要地段好，郊區打車來的。總之，被攜程推薦坑了，很差的入住體驗，以後不會信任了，至少要仔細研究。
床墊舒適還可以，醉酒不在意房間地毯黴味的入住還可以，酒店應該是去年翻新，但是沒做好
