Upon arrival check in was smooth, we got to our room, opened the door, and on the bathroom counter was a partially consumed bottle of water. There were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door and on the floor. I told the young lady at the front desk about the towels and told her I kicked them out in the hallway. Instead of an apologetic reply, she said, "are they still on the floor in the hall?" to which I replied,"yes" she seemed far more concerned about the towels than the guests concern. The facility is very nice and offers an indoor pool and hot tub which we did not use but they appeared very clean and well kept. Customer service training would behoove this hotel.
