I only stayed for one night and didn’t want to get the keys to clean up the room, so I lived in the apartment. There were ants around the kettle, no utensils, no hair dryer. And the sound was loud, and I had to turn it on, it was cold and noisy, and I didn't fall asleep for almost all night.

The room price is really cheap and the price is very high. This one feels quite new. It has a balcony and it is not bad. The only downside is that there is no hair dryer. It may be that I didn’t find it. 😂. The room was very clean. There is a trestle bridge outside the area that is good for taking pictures. Non-owners can walk for a short distance, and then they need the owner's card to enter. Very few people go there in June, and the whole building is very empty at night.

和朋友一起來文昌玩，定了好幾天，公寓樓離海邊步行十幾分鍾，設施齊全，小區環境優美舒適，陽台上可以看到海上書屋。不滿意的就是第三天因為水管爆了，一天都在停水，而且沒有在承諾的時間內及時維修好，弄得我們在海邊玩了一天，回來還沒有水洗澡，美好的心情一下子沒有了，門口的保安態度不太好，缺乏耐心和及時的溝通，沒有考慮到客人的感受，讓我們的體驗打了折扣，希望能夠改進一下。

沒有任何服務意識，晚上入住小區黑燈瞎火有服務員在也不會給你指路，路口又無任何道路指示，我們繞了一大圈無法找到入住樓棟，後來回去叫了服務員才給我帶到了房間，房間設施老舊況且不説，最基本的飲用水也要收費2元一瓶，次日我們退房後重新入住另外一家酒店，結果入住酒店告知我們由於逸龍灣酒店沒有給我們作退房處理，弄得我們無法入住，作為一家酒店竟然犯了如此不應該犯的錯誤就簡單一聲道歉草草了事，試問你們就這樣算過了嗎？

房間不錯，一室一廳一大一小床，錯峯出行性價比高。逸龍灣小區裏面景色特別好，外面出去就是海邊沙灘，有個大露台，站在露台可以看到海。管家服務也熱心。

先説好的吧：小區環境很好，緊鄰海灘，海灘每天早上有人打掃，棧橋壞了，沒上去；再説些不怎麼好的：一天內兩張床分別塌一遍，客服聯繫工程部迅速給修了，但是還是比較糟心，孩子睡着覺，爸爸坐床角，床就塌了……攜程客服反應迅速，點贊；海水比較混；離文昌的主要景區打車都要90左右；社區商業基本都黃了，衹有一家業主超市；淡季來，業主食堂開餐不到半小時基本沒什麼東西了
