The room was very nice and the service was very good. The butler contacted us for details and was very considerate and meticulous. This is very good. The hotel has thought very well about it. We are traveling as a family with two adults and one child. The hotel is great. The buffet breakfast fee was waived by giving the child a passport, and the child had a stamp after eating breakfast once. After collecting two stamps, he continued to give it away. Before coming to Weihai, I checked out a lot of hotels, focusing on the bad reviews on Ctrip, and finally chose Blue Sky Hotel. This time we stayed in a room on the fourth floor of Building 2 of the hotel. I heard from the staff that this floor was renovated around 2015. After moving in, it felt very new, with all the facilities expected of a star-rated hotel. The biggest feeling after staying for three nights is two things worthy of praise: The first is the location and environment of the hotel, which is very suitable for self-driving tours around the sea, especially the northern section. The second is the service of the hotel. Although it is a hotel affiliated with the Finance Bureau, the service is very attentive. 今天上午11點左右退的房，就發生一個讓人不太愉快的情況。不得不説這裏的工作人員的專業性是有待提高的，不排除國慶節期間人手不足的可能導致的，下面會詳細描述。 首先，地理位置方面，基本上無可挑剔，可以説優越，出了酒店門口過了馬路便是威海市的威高購物中心，有小吃街，有各種餐飲和超市，雖然價格都偏高一點，但是旅遊期間解決吃飯或者購物沒問題。威高購物中心C座出口就是公交車K8總站，基本上有名的景點都能到。而再往走路約10分鐘之內就能到海邊的幸福公園還有幸福門。 接着，説説酒店設施，看這個酒店名字猜測應該有一定的歷史了，中秋國慶期間還能看到有連續兩天都在舉辦好幾場婚宴。酒店標四星，房間裏的設施明顯有翻新過，所以使用起來新且舒適，有的都有，拎包入住可。 然後，在客房服務上，分開兩個方面來説。 1/客房服務，比較讓人意外的是有管家服務，每天除了基本的飲用水2瓶免費之外，還會送水果或牛奶或酸奶，我們入住有一晚是中秋，還送了2個月餅，我們當時就愁沒月餅，就覺得來得剛剛好。而且前兩晚附贈這些食物時還會有一封手寫的信。但到了最後一晚，雖然有食物，但是手寫信就沒了。即使我們知道這些都是預先準備好的，但是難免會有心理落差。但是總的來説，禮是到了。 2/衞生方面，我們都懷疑前兩天和最後一天負責衞生的不是同一個工作人員。前兩天衞生都十分讓人滿意，角角落落都清潔得很乾凈，而且有夜床的操作。可是最後一天就很潦草了，衞生就明顯沒有搞乾淨：衞生間滿是頭髮的地巾沒有替換就這樣放着，洗澡間裏的下水口都是前一晚洗澡堵的頭髮沒清理，洗手枱上有明顯的垃圾也沒有清走（儘管使用過的毛巾都收走了吧？看起來…），這是因為最後一晚所以沒所謂？還有就是早上在mini吧用過的咖啡杯也沒有清潔，枕頭的收拾也僅僅是經濟酒店的水平。這前兩晚和最後一晚的差距真明顯。 對了，在最後一晚的白天我們出門比較晚，遇到了負責衞生的工作人員，她問我們能不能打掃房間，我們説可能下午，然後她表現出不太高興，這跟今天退房的前台姐姐的感覺是差不多的，感覺就是不耐煩，或許因為工作很多？我們減慢了他們的工作效率，也可能是國慶客流暴漲工作量劇增導致的真情流露？ 最後，説一下入住與退房。我們在攜程上看到房間僅保留至18時，於是提早一天的上午我便打電話與客服溝通能否保留長一點時間，我們可能會晚點到，客服迴應説沒問題，這裏還是感覺到挺好的。真正辦理入住時，不知道前台是否新人，首先沒有包早餐也告知我有早餐，入住時什麼都沒説清楚就告訴我付錢怎麼付，當時因為太累沒想太多以為是房費全付，也沒留意是否預付款來的，當然前台對於付費訊息什麼都沒説清楚，後來回憶時我跟我朋友4隻耳朵都沒聽到這些訊息。退房時尷尬了，前台的説法是他們按正常價收了我房費，但是不夠扣按照攜程訂單要繼續補充付款。本人不糾結付款問題，衹是前台的説辭真的讓人很容易莫名火，一直強調他們不是要多收，你看看你的預付款跟實際訂單金額，之前肯定不夠付的，要補要補。 衹是想反問一下，你們酒店是不是該有責任在入住時把到店付的規則，包括多少按金，多少需要後付，還有退房規則都説清楚，你們自己沒有説清楚，就請提高一下這種專業性，不是説錢不夠給我繼續付這些話。我們在入住時連按金兩個字都沒聽到，真的以為是房費。然後一直讓我們看自己的付款憑證什麼的，感覺就是要把責任推給我們，服務的水平和話術也感覺需要提高。 另外，酒店朝海的客房會因為外面早上六點就施工的工地聲響影響被強行叫起，所以我們這幾天的對策也衹能“早睡早起”。所以如果想安靜多睡會兒這陣子不要轉這邊的房間，想房間看到海而且安靜的話那就建議另擇酒店或民宿了。 綜上所述，硬件沒大問題，服務好的差的都有，可圈可點，地理環境優越，衹是提醒一下他們在前台服務説明問題的能力上會有瑕疵，如果到店付的在意錢的人士要問清楚他們到底怎麼收錢，因為她們不會主動説明説清楚，免得像我們一樣沒來由地最後就是這樣不歡離開。

The Bright Hotel is perhaps the best Hotel we have stayed at in China whilst visiting over 80 cities. The building is not imposing but the hotel itself is super. The staff have an attitude of ‘what can I do to make your stay the best ever ‘ and it shows . The food and the kitchen staff are the terrific because the food is truly delicious . Little touches like a small plate of fresh fruit adds a little extra to the visit . Added extras like guests washing and drying facilities makes laundry easy and being situated in the Gym gives opportunities to work out . Great! My wife and I came to Weihai during the Dragon Boat Festival. We stayed in this hotel. The service was very good. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She upgraded our room for free and allowed us to store our bags. The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. 今天上午11點左右退的房，就發生一個讓人不太愉快的情況。不得不説這裏的工作人員的專業性是有待提高的，不排除國慶節期間人手不足的可能導致的，下面會詳細描述。 首先，地理位置方面，基本上無可挑剔，可以説優越，出了酒店門口過了馬路便是威海市的威高購物中心，有小吃街，有各種餐飲和超市，雖然價格都偏高一點，但是旅遊期間解決吃飯或者購物沒問題。威高購物中心C座出口就是公交車K8總站，基本上有名的景點都能到。而再往走路約10分鐘之內就能到海邊的幸福公園還有幸福門。 接着，説説酒店設施，看這個酒店名字猜測應該有一定的歷史了，中秋國慶期間還能看到有連續兩天都在舉辦好幾場婚宴。酒店標四星，房間裏的設施明顯有翻新過，所以使用起來新且舒適，有的都有，拎包入住可。 然後，在客房服務上，分開兩個方面來説。 1/客房服務，比較讓人意外的是有管家服務，每天除了基本的飲用水2瓶免費之外，還會送水果或牛奶或酸奶，我們入住有一晚是中秋，還送了2個月餅，我們當時就愁沒月餅，就覺得來得剛剛好。而且前兩晚附贈這些食物時還會有一封手寫的信。但到了最後一晚，雖然有食物，但是手寫信就沒了。即使我們知道這些都是預先準備好的，但是難免會有心理落差。但是總的來説，禮是到了。 2/衞生方面，我們都懷疑前兩天和最後一天負責衞生的不是同一個工作人員。前兩天衞生都十分讓人滿意，角角落落都清潔得很乾凈，而且有夜床的操作。可是最後一天就很潦草了，衞生就明顯沒有搞乾淨：衞生間滿是頭髮的地巾沒有替換就這樣放着，洗澡間裏的下水口都是前一晚洗澡堵的頭髮沒清理，洗手枱上有明顯的垃圾也沒有清走（儘管使用過的毛巾都收走了吧？看起來…），這是因為最後一晚所以沒所謂？還有就是早上在mini吧用過的咖啡杯也沒有清潔，枕頭的收拾也僅僅是經濟酒店的水平。這前兩晚和最後一晚的差距真明顯。 對了，在最後一晚的白天我們出門比較晚，遇到了負責衞生的工作人員，她問我們能不能打掃房間，我們説可能下午，然後她表現出不太高興，這跟今天退房的前台姐姐的感覺是差不多的，感覺就是不耐煩，或許因為工作很多？我們減慢了他們的工作效率，也可能是國慶客流暴漲工作量劇增導致的真情流露？ 最後，説一下入住與退房。我們在攜程上看到房間僅保留至18時，於是提早一天的上午我便打電話與客服溝通能否保留長一點時間，我們可能會晚點到，客服迴應説沒問題，這裏還是感覺到挺好的。真正辦理入住時，不知道前台是否新人，首先沒有包早餐也告知我有早餐，入住時什麼都沒説清楚就告訴我付錢怎麼付，當時因為太累沒想太多以為是房費全付，也沒留意是否預付款來的，當然前台對於付費訊息什麼都沒説清楚，後來回憶時我跟我朋友4隻耳朵都沒聽到這些訊息。退房時尷尬了，前台的説法是他們按正常價收了我房費，但是不夠扣按照攜程訂單要繼續補充付款。本人不糾結付款問題，衹是前台的説辭真的讓人很容易莫名火，一直強調他們不是要多收，你看看你的預付款跟實際訂單金額，之前肯定不夠付的，要補要補。 衹是想反問一下，你們酒店是不是該有責任在入住時把到店付的規則，包括多少按金，多少需要後付，還有退房規則都説清楚，你們自己沒有説清楚，就請提高一下這種專業性，不是説錢不夠給我繼續付這些話。我們在入住時連按金兩個字都沒聽到，真的以為是房費。然後一直讓我們看自己的付款憑證什麼的，感覺就是要把責任推給我們，服務的水平和話術也感覺需要提高。 另外，酒店朝海的客房會因為外面早上六點就施工的工地聲響影響被強行叫起，所以我們這幾天的對策也衹能“早睡早起”。所以如果想安靜多睡會兒這陣子不要轉這邊的房間，想房間看到海而且安靜的話那就建議另擇酒店或民宿了。 綜上所述，硬件沒大問題，服務好的差的都有，可圈可點，地理環境優越，衹是提醒一下他們在前台服務説明問題的能力上會有瑕疵，如果到店付的在意錢的人士要問清楚他們到底怎麼收錢，因為她們不會主動説明説清楚，免得像我們一樣沒來由地最後就是這樣不歡離開。
