首先要肯定的是，這個酒店不亂，不是一個大廈拼拼湊湊很多店在一起的，另外，服務，還是不錯的，我提前打電話，説明瞭情況，差了一個孩子早飯，門店一個美麗的個高瘦瘦的女孩子，當即表示，電話是她接到的，明白這個情況，並且註冊了會員後，送了一個孩子的早餐。這邊表示感謝。提前定了飯，路上涼了，還幫忙在餐廳給熱了。又點了外賣，弄錯了房間號，也很好的給解決了。不過這裏我説一個和服務無關但是跟硬件有關係的事情，我真的沒有收到機器人送來的成人拖鞋和牙具，一共打了4-5 次電話吧，其中我還開着門，真真的看見機器人送到隔壁11房間，我還跟男的説，您也定了東西？還是送錯了？他説是他定的。我真真的沒有收到。最後我去樓下去取的。大家都很疑惑，送了呀！我這裏真真的説，真沒有，要不您自己查一下監控。這裏我説這個事情，也是想給你們店提醒一下看看是不是機器人出了故障？還是確實哪裡有什麼小問題？需要修理？早餐可以説，還是可以的，總體來説挺乾淨，房間裏還送了飲料和水。離櫻花湖看天鵝很近，我們開車10分鐘，很方便。性價比高，推薦入住。

超級滿意這是我第一次旅行，選的威海，威海站跟前就是全季酒店，一出站就看到了，特別顯眼，晚上去入住，前台小姐姐也很温柔，服務態度很好，有求必應，嘿嘿嘿。需要什麼，機器人就送上來了。不用自己跑路麻煩了。 一進門，燈光感覺很温馨，和網上看到的圖片一樣的，頓時感覺很安全舒適。房間也很乾凈整齊，床單也特別平整，真不錯。 然後連住了三天，每天都有阿姨打掃衞生。酒店的早餐自助也很不錯，樣式多，菜品多，要吃麪或者餛飩的可以叫工作人員幫忙現煮。 總之就是一次非常滿意的入住體驗！
