After waiting for a long time, an uncle came up and changed the room. I didn't expect it to be even worse. The hardware is too backward, and the soft services are completely inconsistent with what a Holiday Inn should be. The receptionist had the same attitude as if the guest owed him money after not being paid for three months. There is no service at all, neither proactive nor enthusiastic, the check-out efficiency is extremely low, the invoice information is wrong, and the re-opening attitude is very impatient and says what is wrong. After finding the error, I blame the guest for not reminding the guest. well. I only stayed for one day and left early.

After checking in, I found that the room was not very clean: there was dirt in the pool, a lot of water marks on the windowsill, the windows were broken, and old clothes were stuffed next to the stool.
